I was actually looking at Tianyin last week. I believe that this is one of many Chinese companies in the health care sector that will be a huge beneficiary of this proposed bill. What was of particular interest to me was the compound annual growth rate in revenue from '06 -'08 of almost 60%.

as soon as I read point #5 I immediately realized that there is a huge market there for small cap companies looking to take advantage of chinas healthcare spending spree. I added the companies in your blog to my watch list, thanks George.

There's another reason for looking at Chinese pharmaceuticals. Those companies don't have to meet FDA requirements like they do stateside. To bring a new product to market in the states takes a lot of time and money. Less time, less money, bigger market in China. Nuf said. It's a sad commentary but I think the Chinese people will be human guinea pigs for the north american pharmaceuitcal market which is why those companies will grow.

Very impressive, so far ahead of the herd on this one aspect of the Chinese market, if health care is to explode in the US< i can only imagine the monies that will come into the Chinese health care sector.

Interesting part about Tianyin is that it focuses on modernized forms of traditional Chinese medications and has an extensive and diverse product portfolio.

Definitely a stock to keep an eye on.
