BSM Technologies (GPS: TSXV)

Receives Initial Rollout Order Worth Over $300K from Unnamed Waste Management Company;

has received an initial order worth over $300K from a major national waste management company.

This initial order will start in one of the waste management company’s Western Canada regions. The first rollout will see 60 plus units delivered to an initial municipality then rolled out to other municipalities in the province.

This contract constitutes the first integration of BSM and Netistix comprehensive and customizable wireless fleet management and engine diagnostic solutions. The most important features in this integration were the ability to:

• Show exact route every 15 seconds

• Instant 2 way messaging on in cab display

• TPIS (3rd party integration services) for dispatching

• Engine diagnostics such as idling, speed, mileage, fuel consumption fault codes etc…

This national waste management company will now be able to bid more effectively for contracts that will result in providing added value to their customers and achieve greater efficiency in their fleet thus driving down operating costs by using the BSM/Netistix solution.

intercepts 40.00 m of 2.32 g/t Au and 9.00 m of 4.11 g/t Au at the Aurizona Gold Project, Brazil

new assay results from the Company’s drill program at Piaba and the first drill results from Tatajuba, the satellite deposit located 1.8 km west of Piaba.

Complete assay results have been received for a further five holes (752 metres), four of which were drilled at Tatajuba and one from Piaba.

All the drill holes intersected wide zones of gold mineralization. Significant mineralized intercepts are tabulated below.

                Au) and 9.00 meters (at) 4.11 g/t Au in hole BRAZD-239

            -   31.00 meters (at) 1.49 g/t Au in hole BRAZD-238
            -   20.00 meters (at) 1.30 g/t Au in hole BRAZD-240
            Luna's CEO, Tim Searcy, comments, "These are very positive results. Hole BRAZD-239 is now the deepest hole 
ever drilled on the project and it confirms the presence of a wide mineralized zone, greater than 20 m true width, that 
contains some very high grade gold intercepts. Even as the Company rapidly approaches the completion of its feasibility 
study on Aurizona, it continues to expand the resource potential of the project, at depth on Piaba and along strike and
at depth on Tatajuba."

Receives Significant Follow-on Order for High Definition Set-Top Boxes from Major Supplier/Integrator

Set-Top Box Product Line Expected to Generate Revenues of Over $8
Million in 2008

Nighthawk Systems, Inc., a leading provider of wireless and IP-based control devices and solutions, today announced that it has

received an additional order for 1,500 MediaPro IP3000HD Set-Top Boxes from one of the largest providers of hospitality broadband services whose installations total over 500,000 rooms in over 3,000 hotels worldwide.

Nighthawk also plans to complete and deliver this most recent order during the next two months, and anticipates continued follow-on orders for the foreseeable future.

The company expects the 2008 revenue contribution from the Set-Top Box product line will be in excess of $8 million, and that this product line can enable the Company to produce positive operating cash flows by the end of the year
