Renforth Advances Victoria Drilling While Securing Long-Term Access at Parbec

Renforth Resources Inc. is advancing exploration across two key assets in Québec’s Abitibi region, reporting new drilling progress at its Victoria polymetallic deposit alongside a significant permitting milestone at its Parbec gold project. The update reflects continued execution on both fronts as the company works to expand its understanding of mineralization and maintain operational momentum.

At Victoria, Renforth has completed two undercut drill holes in what it defines as the first undercut area, with both holes intersecting visual mineralization. These holes, SUR-26-58 and SUR-26-59, were drilled at angles of 45 and 65 degrees below previously identified mineralized zones. The objective of this drilling is to test the continuity of mineralization at depth beneath earlier results.

Those earlier results, first disclosed in November 2021, included an interval of 74.55 metres grading 0.14 per cent nickel and 95.43 parts per million cobalt, including a higher-grade section of 10.5 metres grading 0.52 per cent copper. The current drilling builds on that foundation, extending the geological model into deeper portions of the system.

Both newly completed holes ended within mineralized ultramafic rock. While this type of host rock is typically associated with lower-grade mineralization, Renforth has stated that it has demonstrated the material can be processed using conventional methods, with sorting techniques potentially improving overall efficiency.

Mineralization observed in the drill core includes chalcopyrite, which contains copper, as well as sphalerite, which contains zinc, along with pyrrhotite and pyrite. These minerals occur within a range of geological environments, including graphitic mudstone, ultramafics, calc-silicate contact zones, and albite shears.

Samples from the drill program are currently being processed in the field, where they are selected, split, and prepared for laboratory analysis. Results from these assays are pending and will provide confirmation of the grades and composition of the mineralization encountered.

Following completion of the first undercut holes, the drill has been moved to a second undercut area, where additional testing is now underway.

At the Parbec gold deposit, Renforth has secured a drill permit valid for three years, allowing for up to 60,000 metres of drilling from 17 drill stations. The permit provides operational flexibility and reduces uncertainty around the company’s ability to carry out fieldwork on the project.

The company is also awaiting results from recent channel sampling conducted at Parbec. In parallel, additional felsite occurrences have been identified along the southwestern edge of a previously stripped area. These new samples have been collected and will be submitted for analysis, with results expected to be reported once available.

Renforth is also undertaking a small financing through the issuance of critical minerals flow-through shares priced at $0.03 per share, or units consisting of one common share and one-half warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable at $0.06 for a period of 18 months. The company expects this placement to close by the end of the month.

Technical information in the update has been reviewed and approved by a qualified professional geoscientist in accordance with Canadian regulatory standards.

Renforth Resources is focused on advancing its portfolio within the Abitibi region, where its Parbec gold deposit is located adjacent to Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd.’s Canadian Malartic complex. Alongside Parbec, the Victoria polymetallic deposit provides exposure to nickel, copper, and cobalt. The company continues to pursue a disciplined exploration strategy as it works to define and expand its mineral assets.
