FOBI AI has introduced the four products behind its Flywheel. Now CEO Rob Anson is focused on the question that follows every product launch: how do you get it into the hands of customers? Speaking from Washington, D.C., Anson said he had spent several days in meetings exploring opportunities. FORTRESS, FOBI’s sovereign enterprise AI infrastructure, was the product he emphasized as he discussed security and budgets for the coming year. He did not identify who he met or announce a contract.
Asked how FOBI intends to reach enterprise and government customers, Anson answered in three words: “Channel, channel, channel.”
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- FOBI is going long and narrow. The company plans to focus management attention, development and commercial resources on FORTRESS, AltID 3.0, FIXYR and AgenticBrain. Together, they form the FOBI Flywheel.
- Washington is part of the outreach. Anson described in person meetings and said FORTRESS was central to the opportunities he was exploring. He also discussed the importance of securing a place in budgets being set for next year.
- Partners are the route to customers. Anson wants channel partners with enterprise and government relationships in key regions. FOBI has worked with TELUS on earlier initiatives, though he did not identify a new Flywheel distribution agreement in the interview.
- Investors will soon see more of the technology. FOBI has scheduled a live, interactive Flywheel demonstration for October 7 to show how its four products are designed to work together.
WHY IT MATTERS
Each product addresses a different need. FORTRESS is designed to give organizations control over their AI environment and information. AltID 3.0 addresses identity and digital trust. FIXYR connects requests to systems and workflows. AgenticBrain gives people a conversational way to access services. FOBI says customers could start with one product and add others as their needs expand.
One piece already has a reported live result. FOBI said FIXYR processed more than 20,000 digital tickets and over 200 customer inquiries in an initial deployment, with 100% uptime and zero human intervention. That is a FIXYR result. The October 7 demonstration will give investors a closer look at how the broader Flywheel is intended to operate as a connected system.
FOBI is directing more resources toward that opportunity while its established businesses continue serving customers and generating revenue. The company intends to pursue a sale of Passwallet once its next generation wallet platform is complete and an appropriate customer transition can be arranged. It is reviewing options for Passworks and exploring a sale or joint venture for Qples. No such transaction has been completed.
INVESTOR TAKEAWAY
The four Flywheel products have been introduced. The public demonstration is scheduled. Anson is now making the case for channels as the way to reach larger customers.
The key commercial question now is whether FOBI can turn its channel strategy into new customer agreements and working deployments for the broader Flywheel.
