( TSX-V:WMD ) (OTCQX:WDDMF) (FSE:4WE) (“ WeedMD ” or the “ Company ”), a federally licensed producer and distributor of medical-grade cannabis, announced today that it will file its financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, after market close on Thursday, April 29, 2021. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results, and provide an operational update on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
The call will be hosted by CEO and Executive Chairman George Scorsis and CFO Lincoln Greenidge. Management will be available for questions following opening remarks.
