BSM Awarded Long-Term Contract by Ontario Transportation Conglomerate

BSM Technologies Inc., (TSX VENTURE:GPS)

**FULL DISCLOSURE – BSM IS AN AGORACOM CLIENT

a multi-year service and supply agreement for its SentinelFM fleet management system with a large Ontario transportation conglomerate that asked to remain anonymous. The contract, valued at over $300,000 for the initial roll-out phase that is to start immediately, may be extended and more than double in value to cover the whole fleet operated by BSM’s client.

WorldWater & Solar Technologies Announces Private Stock Purchase by Quercus Trust

WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB),

developer of proprietary high-power solar systems, 2-megawatt (MW) solar energy system at Denver International Airport

today announced it entered into a Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement with the Quercus Trust, whereby the Quercus Trust purchased 7.5 million shares of WorldWater’s common stock at a price of $1.782 per share, for total proceeds of $13,365,000.

The Agreement also provides for the issuance of warrants to the Quercus Trust for the purchase of 9.0 million additional shares of WorldWater’s common stock at an exercise price of $1.815, subject to certain adjustments.

Prior to the purchase the Quercus Trust and its affiliates owned approximately 21.6 million shares of WorldWater common stock, representing approximately 12.2% of the equity ownership in the Company, or 8.2% on a fully diluted basis. With this Agreement, the Quercus Trust and its affiliates own approximately 16.4% of the equity ownership in WorldWater, or 10.6% on a fully diluted basis.

VirTra Systems Receives Simulator Order From United States Army

VirTra Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VTSI).

the receipt of a small arms training simulator order from the United States Army.

The IVR(R) base system features high-definition judgmental use-of-force scenarios, marksmanship/target training, an OC pepper spray training system, and weapon training-conversion kits allowing trainees to safely train using their own weapons without the need for permanent modifications.

The order has also specified VirTra Systems’ scenario authoring station allowing customers to easily and quickly develop their own training scenarios as needed, making training more specific to each customer’s environment and policies, and at a considerable savings compared to custom-produced filmed scenarios.
