Legend International Holdings, Inc (OTC-BB: LGDI)

ANNOUNCES LONG TERM OFFTAKE AGREEMENT FOR PHOSPHATE ROCK WITH INDIA’S LARGEST FERTILZER ENTERPRIZE (IFFCO)

announces that it has entered into a long term offtake and supply agreement for a minimum of 3 million tonnes annually of concentrated rock phosphate from its Lady Annie project in Queensland, Australia, with Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (“IFFCO”). Legend and IFFCO have decided to pursue the Project in Joint Venture, the terms of which are under discussion.

IFFCO is India’s largest fertilizer enterprise, a cooperative with over 50 million farmers associated with it, primarily engaged in production and marketing of nitrogenous and phosphate fertilizers in India.

IFFCO has five fertilizer plants in India with a domestic annual capacity of producing 4.3 million tonnes of phosphatic fertilizers and 4.2 million tonnes of nitrogenous fertilizers. In addition to setting up the fertilizer manufacturing units in India, IFFCO has made strategic investments in several joint ventures in India and overseas. Financing and Joint Venture options for the capital cost of Legend’s phosphate project are currently under discussion between the parties as is the price of the phosphate rock.

The price of the rock will be negotiated on a fair and equitable basis for both companies based on international market prices applicable for the Indian market with an appropriate discount. Negotiations in regards to finance options should be concluded in coming months.

April 16 – Scoping Study called for annual profits of $US 1.7 Billion based on current market prices.

Drilling continues to expand mineralization

Demonstrates continuity of the resource

2007 drilling program at its Bald Butte molybdenite property located in the Marysville mining district approximately 18 miles northwest of Helena, Montana.

In summary, the six holes reported here are very encouraging.

The mineralization is demonstrating internal continuity and the

new drilling is consistently adding tonnage to the resource.

A follow-on drilling program is planned for the upcoming summer field season.

Excellent Drilling Results Continue at Sabodala,

Six Drills Increase Pace of 140,000 Metre 2008 Resource Drilling Program

  • Oromin reported on additional results from the ongoing step-out and in-fill drilling program at the Golouma West, Golouma South and Masato Gold Deposits.
  • Latest drilling results continue to expand mineralization at golouma south, golouma west and masato including:
    • 5 metres of 12.62 g/t gold in RC-265 at Golouma South
    • 6 metres of 13.08 g/t gold in RC-268 at Golouma South
    • 9 metres of 6.58 g/t gold in RC-240 at Golouma West
    • 11 metres of 8.15 g/t gold in RC-241 at Golouma West
    • 20 metres of 3.30 g/t gold in RC-208 at Masato
    • 10 metres of 5.83 g/t gold in RC-232 at Masato
  • Six drill rigs are involved in the aggressive drilling activities at Sabodala to accelerate the pace of Oromin’s 140,000 metre 2008 drilling program focused on resource definition and delineation of Sabodala Exploration concession’s numerous gold zones and deposits.

Nano-Proprietary, Inc. (OTCBB: NNPP)

Announces Completion of Air Force Contract

announced that its subsidiary, Applied Nanotech, Inc. (“ANI”), completed its Small Business Innovation Research (“SBIR”) Phase II contract with the U.S. Air Force covering the development of a Carbon Monoxide (“CO”) sensor system.

Under this contract, ANI developed a CO sensor system and delivered three test units to the U.S. Air Force.

The sensor system is a handheld, battery operated, low power unit with an estimated operational time of up to 8,000 hours with a single battery. The unit measures CO levels at temperatures ranging from -40C to 60C and at concentration levels from 0-250 parts per million.
