With the utter devastation in “paper” junior resource companies, those with no business plan beyond buying cheap paper and selling it higher, we are finally starting to see the emergence of a much smaller but much more real industry. Â Specifically, companies with a real business plan in the foreseeable future. Â I couldn’t be happier given my “Junior Resource Manifesto” posting back in 2008 in which I called for the death of quantity over quality.
