Primo was granted a Seller Central account but was initially denied the ability to list its hand sanitizer, as Amazon was no longer approving new listings in this category. In early March, Amazon began restricting the types of sellers on its third-party Marketplace platform that are able to sell health and sanitation products, such as: face masks, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes/ sprays, isopropyl alcohol, among other products. 

Through continued perseverance and multiple discussions with customer care, and due to Primo meeting all the required criteria as a licensed establishment with a product that has been licensed and approved by Health Canada, Primo was finally granted permission from Amazon to sell its hand sanitizer on their website.

The approval by Amazon could not have come at a better time for the company as its first shipment of hand sanitizer was picked up at their manufacturer on Friday, May 29th, 2020 with an expected delivery of later this week.

– Directors of the Corporation have agreed to settle an outstanding debt for services rendered by PyroGenesis Canada Inc, (TSX-V: PYR) in connection with works relating to leasehold improvements done in the dedicated PUREVAPTM Quartz Reduction Reactor (“QRR”) premises within PyroGenesis production plant.

MONTREAL, May 26, 2020 — HPQ Silicon Resources Inc.  (“HPQ” or the “Company”) TSX-V: HPQ; FWB: UGE; Other OTC : URAGF; would like inform shareholders that the Directors of the Corporation have agreed to settle an outstanding debt for services rendered by PyroGenesis Canada Inc, (TSX-V: PYR) in connection with works relating to leasehold improvements done in the dedicated PUREVAPTM Quartz Reduction Reactor (“QRR”) premises within PyroGenesis production plant.

The outstanding debt of $395,514, will be settled by issuing 4,394,600 Units at a price of $0.09 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.  Each warrant will allow its holder to subscribe to one common share at the price of $0.10 for a period of 36 months from the date of closing.  Each share issued pursuant to the debt settlement will have a mandatory four (4) month and one (1) day holding period from the date of closing.  This settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

“This license specifically authorizes the license-holder to manufacture, package, label and/or import “antiseptic Skin Cleansers/Hand Sanitizers” as described in the Product Monograph provided by Primo Nutraceuticals Inc., to Health Canada. The following site is considered to-be-in compliance with GMP requirements outlined in PART 3 of the Natural Health Products Regulations. Further to the press release dated March 24, 2020, where Primo signed a production order with Celebrity Driven Brand Beauty Kitchen to provide 1,000 units of free non-hydroalcoholic hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer will be produced by beauty kitchen, located at 1512 Industrial Rd. Boulder City, Nevada. The production Facility currently has the capacity to produce $450,000USD of product per month. The relationship with Beauty Kitchen has allowed Primo to private label most of Beauty Kitchens product line. This allows Primo to produce product without the construction of its own facility.

The initial run of 1,000 units was financed internally. Future production orders will be financed as procurement orders from the health industry are received. The company will entertain options for equity financing once orders start to come in. The sample of 1,000 units will be handed out to hospital and health care industry professionals.
