  • Purchased the Bear River property located near Stewart in the “Golden Triangle” of northern British Columbia from Acme Resources Inc
  • 475 hectare Property is located approximately 8 km northeast of Stewart along highway 37A and is immediately adjacent to American Creek’s recently acquired Dunwell property package that includes the historic Dunwell mine

CARDSTON, ALBERTA–(Nov. 9, 2016) - American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMK) (“American Creek”) is pleased to report that it has purchased the Bear River property (“the Property”) located near Stewart in the “Golden Triangle” of northern British Columbia from Acme Resources Inc.

The 475 hectare Property is located approximately 8 km northeast of Stewart along highway 37A and is immediately adjacent to American Creek’s recently acquired Dunwell property package that includes the historic Dunwell mine.

The Bear River property lies within the Portland Canal Fissure Zone which has hosted several high-grade lead/silver/gold deposits including the historic Portland and Dunwell mines. Several occurrences of gold and silver mineralization hosted in epithermal quartz veins and gold with massive sulphides in altered volcanics have been documented on the Property.

The principle target is the Hill Top Zone, covering an area 500m by 300m which consists mainly of silicified and pyritized volcanic, sedimentary and intrusive rocks. An IP survey on this zone identified an area of high chargeability confirming the presence of a large amount of sulphides in a silicified area. Soil sampling confirmed the IP results.

The contiguous land position including the Bear River, Silvershot and Dunwell property package now spans some 1,560 hectares covering a significant portion of the rich Portland Canal Fissure Zone which lies in “One of the most important mineral trends of northwestern British Columbia extending from near the town of Stewart north to the Treaty Glacier” – Nelson / Kyba, British Columbia Geological Survey, Ministry of Energy and Mines, 2014.

The Property is being purchased for the total price of 800,000 common shares of American Creek. The deemed price of the shares is $0.065 for total value of $52,000

The shares issued under this agreement will be subject to a statutory 4 month hold period. This agreement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

American Creek is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral deposits within the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

In addition to this new acquisition, the corporation has a portfolio of gold and silver properties in various regions of the province:

American Creek Reports on Treaty Creek JV Drill Results — Wide Intersections of Gold Mineralization in CB-16-03

CARDSTON, ALBERTA–(Oct. 28, 2016) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMK) (“American Creek”) is pleased to report that Tudor Gold Corp. (“Tudor”) has released the assays for the remainder of hole CB-16-03, a newly discovered gold zone at the Treaty Creek JV Project located in BC’s “Golden Triangle” immediately north of Seabridge Gold’s KSM project and in the same region as Pretivm’s Brucejack project.

Hole CB-16-03 returned 0.526 g/t gold over 629.7 meters. Significantly, included within this wide 629.7 meter interval is 338 meters of 0.70 g/t gold (from 88 meters to 426 meters) which included 54 meters (from 88 to 142 meters) of 1.117 g/t gold and 122 meters (from 304 to 426 meters) of 0.965 g/t gold. The drill hole terminated at 717.7 meters in mineralization with the final 13.7 meters averaging 0.315 g/t Au.

The 338 meter intersection of near surface 0.70 g/t gold in hole CB-16-03 represents the best mineralized intersection discovered to date at Treaty Creek. The hole is located approximately 870 meters northeast of drill hole CB-09-14, which returned 241 meters averaging 0.80 g/t gold.

Walter Storm, CEO and President of Tudor Gold stated: “The complete results from CB-16-03 confirm our belief that Treaty Creek holds the potential to host significant gold mineralization and validates our exploration model. To date, we have successfully hit gold mineralization down to 717 meters downhole and have encountered nearer to surface gold mineralization like the 1.12 grams gold per tonne over 54 meters starting at 88 meters downhole, which opens up the targeted area.”

Drill Hole CB-16-03 was drilled at an azimuth of 292º with an inclination of -73º and was collared approximately 550 meters northeast of the nearest of the Copper Belle zone drill holes CB-09-11 which carried 229m of 0.52 g/t gold from 40m to 270 m, CB-09-10 which carried 212m of 0.47 g/t gold from 119m to 331 m and CB-09-06 which carried 65.3m of 0.84 g/t gold. The new gold intercept encountered in CB-16-03 may represent a new mineralized zone or could possibly be an extension of the previously known Copper Belle Zone. Further work will be required in order to investigate the continuity between these areas. The casing has been left in place so the hole may be re-entered and extended if desired. All intervals are down hole widths as there is not enough information to calculate true widths of the mineralization encountered in any of the holes.

Hole CB-16-03 was drilled to test a geophysical anomaly identified on a preliminary Magnetotelluric (MT) profile along Seabridge Gold’s proposed tunnel route and further defined based on a survey carried out by Simcoe Geoscience Ltd. earlier in the season. Tudor awaits the final results of the MT survey.

Tudor previously released partial assay results from hole CB-16-03 (316 to 717.7 meters downhole), along with complete assays for drill holes CB-16-01 and CB-16-02 in Tudor’s news release dated October 11, 2016. In total, eight holes were drilled on the property for a total of 3,765 meters during the 2016 field season. Assay results are pending for the last five holes.

The Treaty Creek Project is a joint venture between Tudor, American Creek and Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”). Tudor is the operator and holds a 60% interest with both American Creek and Teuton each holding respective 20% fully carried interests in the property (carried until a production notice is given).

James Hutter, P.Geo., is the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 for the 2016 Treaty Creek Project and the results reported by Tudor.

Darren Blaney, American Creek CEO stated: “We are very excited about results from the first three 2016 holes on Treaty Creek. Collectively they’ve extended the known mineralization at Copper Belle, found a new gold zone, and extended gold intervals to depth. The first three holes are all in close proximity to the ‘discovery contact’ discussed in the 2014 Kyba/Nelson BC Geological Survey report, to the Sulphurets thrust fault, and to clastic sequencing (Turbidites) found on Treaty Creek. According to the report, these three things in combination increase the chances of ‘being in the right neighborhood of BC’s next big deposit.’ We believe the results thus far at Treaty Creek are the beginning of that discovery process.”

American Creek is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of gold and silver properties within the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

In addition to the Treaty Creek project, the Corporation holds interests in the following “Golden Triangle” properties:

Electrum property

The Electrum property is located approximately 45 km north of Stewart between Pretivm’s Brucejack gold deposit located 25 km to the north and the past producing Premier gold mine 20 km to the south. The Electrum shares similar geology to both the Brucejack and the Premier. The project is a JV between operator Tudor (60%) and American Creek (40%).

Tudor recently concluded a diamond drilling and blast trenching program. Initial trenching results reported by Tudor on Sept 12, 2016 included silver grades up to 30,200 g/t within the New Blast vein system. Further results from the drilling and trenching are pending.

Dunwell mine

American Creek recently acquired a property package which included the historic Dunwell mine (see October 3 news release). The Dunwell mine produced 45,657 tonnes averaging 6.63 g/t gold, 223.91 g/t silver, 1.83 per cent lead, 4.01 per cent zinc and 0.056 per cent copper. Recent drilling has shown potential to develop more reserves.

The 850 hectare property is located 8km north of the town of Stewart and intersects paved Highway 37A. It is adjacent to American Creek’s Silvershot property. The principal Dunwell workings are about 2km east of the highway and are accessible by 4×4 vehicle with travel to the remaining portions of the property by foot. Due to the property being located at low elevation, exploration can take place almost year-round.

WHY AMERICAN CREEK RESOURCES?

  • American Creek has exceptional precious metal properties throughout British Columbia including two of the most prospective projects found in B.C.’s Golden Triangle; the Electrum and Treaty Creek properties.
  • The Electrum property is geologically similar to the nearby Brucejack (going into production in 2017) and the nearby Premier Mine (past producer).
  • So far over 130 million ounces of gold, 800 million ounces of silver and 20 billion pounds of copper (all categories included), representing one of the greatest concentrations of metal value on the planet, have been delineated within the geological system shared by KSM, Brucejack, and Treaty Creek.

EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTIES

The Electrum is located in British Columbia’s prolific Golden Triangle; one of the richest areas of mineralization in the world with one new mine having come online in 2015 (Imperial Mines Red Chris) and another scheduled for 2017 (Pretium Brucejack) and at least three more world-class mining projects headed toward production.

The property has a rich history with some of the highest grade hand-mined ore mined in North America (1,661 g/t Au with 2,596 Ag)combined with excellent logistics. The property is located directly between two high-grade veining gold/silver mines; the past producing Silbak Premier mine and Pretiums high-grade Brucejack mine (production in 2017). All three lie within the Iskut mineral district (a particularly prolific part of the Canadian Cordillera) with numerous geological similarities between them.

On May 11th 2016 American Creek formed a joint venture agreement with Tudor Gold wherein American Creek retains 40% of the property.Tudor Gold will be the operator while both companies will work together to develop the property. This partnership is very beneficial for American Creek as its flagship project will be able to advance at a much greater pace due to the geological expertise, experience, resources, management, and exposure that Tudor Gold brings to the table.

The Electrum Property holds significant potential which led to a JV agreement with Tudor Goldwhen considering its high-grade nature combined with the exceptional logistics in place.

  • Located in the prolific Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia, an area encompassing mineral rich belts that host more than 43 past producing mines including Eskay Creek, Silbak Premier, Granduc and Big Missouri. It is a hotbed of activity with one new mine having come online in 2015 (Imperial Mines Red Chris) and another scheduled for 2017 (Pretium Brucejack) and at least three more world-class mining projects headed toward production.
  • Located in a particularly rich valley with 4 past producing commercial mines and a 5th in the adjacent valley.
  • Includes the historic East Gold Mine that had intermittent small-scale production of approximately 46 tonnes of ore with grades averaging 1,661 grams of gold per tonne and 2,596 grams of silver per tonne (roughly 50oz gold with 75oz silver).
  • Mineralization is believed to be very similar to the silver-gold-base metal veins responsible for the precious metal mineralization found in the Silbak Premier Mine and the Big Missouri mines (located in same extended valley).
  • Pretiums Brucejack Summary Report (for exploration) compares itself geologically to the Silbak Premier mine.
  • Electrums Summary Report (for exploration) compares itself geologically to the Silbak Premier mine.
  • High-grade mineralization at surface has been confirmed extending over a 500 x 500m area. Specimens across that area include numerous bonanza grade results including 1,926 g/t gold with 37,995 g/t silver, 80.96 g/t gold with 80,818 g/t silver, 694 g/t gold with 550 g/t silver, 54.77 g/t gold with 14,903 g/t silver, 615 g/t gold with 616 g/t silver, 395 g/t gold with 46,601 g/t silver, and many more.
  • Drilling showed a continuation of high grade intervals at depth including grades up to 440 g/t gold with 400 g/t silver over 0.52m. Other high grade gold intervals include 38.4 g/t over 0.45m, 31.4 g/t over 2m, 29.9 g/t over 2m,16.9 g/t over 1.5m, 16.7 g/t over 1.3m, and 12.3 g/t over 1.9m along with longer intervals of 3 g/t over 26m, 1 g/t over 50m, and 0.5 g/t over 31m. High grade silver intervals at depth including 583g/t over 0.3m, 420 g/t over 0.9m, 384 g/t over 0.7m and 374 g/t over 0.65m were also discovered.
  • A very successful small program was run in the fall of 2015 wherein:
o A new approach focusing on high-grade was employed
o New zones of gold / silver mineralization were discovered with drill intersections grading from one up to 14 grams of gold per tonne.
o A better understanding of the high-grade veining system was obtained
o Numerous outcrops were tested on surface. 24 specimens were taken from the Shiny Cliff and averaged 248 g/t gold with 27,092 g/t silver, the highest sample being 1,926 g/t gold with 37,955 g/t silver. Specimens taken from a boulder 20m down slope from the Shiny Cliff averaged 10 g/t gold with 857 g/t silver.
o Eleven specimens were collected along a quartz vein at the Rico showing. The specimens from the structure averaged 54 g/t gold with 11,512 g/t silver, the highest sample being 270 g/t gold with 44,048 g/t silver. Thirteen specimens were collected from a vein on Mine Hill and averaged 6 g/t gold with 522 g/t silver.
o The program proved the Electrum Property has multiple high-grade gold-silver epithermal breccia vein systems and gave us a better understating of their sequencing.
  • Excellent logistics including road access, power located 2 km away and bulk tonnage shipping ports and supportive mining town located just40 km away in a mining friendly jurisdiction.

Treaty Creek Property

Treaty Creek is located in British Columbia’s prolific Golden Triangle; one of the richest areas of mineralization in the world with one new mine having come online in 2015 (Imperial Mines Red Chris) and another scheduled for 2017 (Pretium Brucejack) and at least three more world-class mining projects headed toward production.

On May 11th 2016 American Creek formed a joint venture agreement with Tudor Gold wherein American Creek retains a carried interest of 20% of the property until a production notice is given. A partner with the expertise, backing, management team, and experience to develop this potential world scale project was sought after by AMK. Tudor Gold meets and exceeds all of those requirements needed to fully realize the potential of Treaty Creek. American Creek will not have to raise money or dilute as development takes place.

Mineralization in the Treaty Creek claims area lies within the same broad hydrothermal system that generated the several deposits on the Seabridge Gold KSM and the Pretivm Brucejack properties that lie immediately southwest of the Treaty Creek claims. So far over 130 million ounces of gold, 800 million ounces of silver and 20 billion pounds of copper (all categories included), representing one of the greatest concentrations of metal value on the planet, have been delineated within the geological system shared by KSM, Brucejack, and Treaty Creek.

Seabridge Gold’s KSM is the world’s largest undeveloped gold/silver project by reserves while Pretium’s Brucejack is the highest grading undeveloped large-scale gold project in the world. KSM has just past the environmental and permitting stage while the Brucejack is in construction phase. Treaty Creek is part of the same large hydrothermal system as it’s neighbours, hosts the same bedrock geology as its neighbours, the same magneto-telluric (MT) anomalies that proved to be large deposits on both Seabridge and Pretivm’s claims, the same major fault system (Sulphurets) that is responsible for KSM’s deposits, and initial exploration and drilling show similar results to initial drilling on KSM.

A recent Government geological report shows Treaty to be “in the right neighbourhood for B.C’s next big deposit”.Treaty meets all three main criteria of the report which states “that is a big game changer for explorers in the region, because it will get them closer to making a discovery”.

The geological markers on Treaty Creek are saying there are great similarities to the KSM / Brucejack / Valley of the Kings and other deposits found within the same hydrothermal system. Now the right partnership is in place to advance the project and realize its potential.

Gold Hill Property

The Gold Hill property is located in Southern British Columbia near Cranbrook.Logistics are exceptional with forestry roads throughout the property and power nearby. Gold on the Wild Horse River was discovered in the fall of 1863 by American prospectors and one of the West’s greatest gold rushes ensued. The Wild Horse River yielded close to $7,000,000 dollars (48 tonnes of gold or around $2 Billion in today’s dollars). It is believed that a far greater amount was mined and never accounted for.

The river is considered to be one of the greatest gold creeks in the entire province of British Columbia. The majority of the gold taken from the river was located along a 6km stretch between Boulder Creek (upstream) and Brewery Creek (downstream). While most of the gold has been taken from the placer deposits downstream from Gold Hill, there are still placer operations in the area ranging from small scale panning / sluicing to full scale mining operations.

Historic efforts were made to trace the source / sources of the placer gold. This led explorers (including geologists from Cominco) up the Boulder Creek to what is now called the Gold Hill property. This property constitutes a significant portion of the watershed for Boulder Creek including two main areas where gold was recovered by Cominco (along with others). These areas are known as Big Chief and Gold Hill. Both areas are believed to be major contributing sources for the incredible resources found in the Wild Horse River and as such have tremendous potential. While gold was discovered on the property, the gold price in 1900 did not support extensive hard rock exploration at the time.

The property has been overlook and sat dormant for many years. American Creek was very fortunate to acquire a property with such a rich history and such huge potential. The property was acquired in 2015 and hard rock exploration will begin in 2016.

American Creek Reports That Tudor Has Discovered a New Gold Zone at Treaty Creek: 110 M of 0.909 g/t Gold, Upper 316 M of Hole Yet to Be Assayed $AMK.ca

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 9:09 AM on Wednesday, October 12th, 2016

Hublogolarge2_copy

  • Tudor Gold Corp. has discovered a new gold zone at the Treaty Creek JV Project located in BC’s “Golden Triangle” immediately north of Seabridge Gold’s KSM project
  • From 316m to 426m, a 110m interval averaged 0.909 g/t gold
  • Below 426m gold values drop off with some higher-grade exceptions, the two most prominent of which are 456 to 484m, a 28m interval running 0.665 g/t gold and from 598 to 610m

CARDSTON, ALBERTA–(Oct. 12, 2016) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMK) (“American Creek”) is pleased to report that Tudor Gold Corp. (“Tudor”) has discovered a new gold zone at the Treaty Creek JV Project located in BC’s “Golden Triangle” immediately north of Seabridge Gold’s KSM project and in the same region as Pretivm’s Brucejack project.

The new gold zone was intersected in the third hole (CB-16-03) of the 2016 drilling program and is located approximately 870 meters northeast of the Copper Belle zone (drilled in 2007 and 2009). The hole was drilled into a target identified by the magnetotelluric survey (MT survey) which was completed earlier in the 2016 field season.

The first 316m of this third hole is still in the assay laboratory with results for this interval expected within the next weeks. Assays from 316m to the end of the hole at 717.7m have been received. From 316m to 426m, a 110m interval averaged 0.909 g/t gold. Below 426m gold values drop off with some higher-grade exceptions, the two most prominent of which are 456 to 484m, a 28m interval running 0.665 g/t gold and from 598 to 610m, a 12m interval running 1.258 g/t gold. This hole was drilled at an azimuth of 292° and an inclination of -73°.

Assays have also been received for the first two holes drilled in the 2016 program. The first of these, CB-16-01, was a follow-up of a 2009 drill hole, CB-09-14, which returned 241m averaging 0.8 g/t gold. Both the 2009 and 2016 holes were drilled in a northwesterly direction from the same site, with CB-09-14 being inclined at -70° and CB-16-01 at -60°.

Hole CB-16-01 showed an extension of the known gold mineralization discovered on the Copper Belle in 2009. It returned the following assays to a final depth of 555 meters: from 110 to 320m, a 210m interval grading 0.449 g/t gold, including, from 144 to 154m, a 10m interval grading 1.857 g/t gold. Below 320m depth gold values dropped off with some isolated highs as follows: from 442 to 452m, a 10m interval averaging 1.478 g/t gold and from 542 to 555m, a 13m interval averaging 0.846 g/t gold.

Previous 2009 drilling by American Creek in this area of the Copper Belle zone returned intersections with similar lengths, grades and depths including CB-09-11 which carried 229m of 0.52 g/t gold from 40m to 270 m, CB-09-10 which carried 212m of 0.47 g/t gold from 119m to 331 m and CB-09-06 which carried 65.3m of 0.84 g/t gold.

The second hole of 2016, Hole CB-16-02, was drilled 340m to the north of CB-16-01 at an azimuth of 046° and an inclination of -72. This hole was drilled to 426m and encountered two gold-bearing sections: from 202 to 240m, a 38m interval averaging 0.516 g/t gold and from 306 to 426m, a 120m interval averaging 0.517 g/t gold.

Darren Blaney, American Creek CEO stated: “We are very pleased with what Tudor has accomplished in discovering this new gold zone. It is very significant in that this hole is located almost a kilometer from the 2009 Copper Belle discovery hole. The area of gold mineralization is clearly much, much larger than previous work has shown. This new discovery also confirms that the MT survey accurately identifies targets at Treaty Creek like it has for Seabridge and Pretivm on their respective KSM and Brucejack projects to the south in which the same MT survey technology was utilized.”

The Treaty Creek project is a joint venture with American Creek holding a 20% fully carried interest to production. Tudor is the operator and holds a 60% interest with Teuton Resources Corp. holding the remaining 20% carried interest.

James Hutter, P.Geo., is the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 for the 2016 Treaty Creek project and the results reported by Tudor.

About American Creek

American Creek is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of gold and silver properties within the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

In addition to the Treaty Creek project, the Corporation holds interests in the following properties:

Electrum property

The Electrum property is also located in the “Golden Triangle” approximately 45 km north of Stewart between Pretivm’s Brucejack gold deposit located 25 km to the north and the past producing Premier gold mine 20 km to the south.

Further results from the drilling and trenching are expected this fall.

Gold Hill property

American Creek holds a 100% interest in the Gold Hill property located east of Fort Steele, BC in the Boulder Creek watershed. The Wildhorse River, to which Boulder Creek is a headwater tributary, is the site of one of Canada’s biggest historic gold rushes with approximately 42 tonnes of placer gold reportedly being recovered from the Wildhorse below the confluence of Boulder Creek.

A field mapping and geochemical sampling program is currently being conducted on the property. Work also included a magnetic survey that was recently completed in the area known as the Big Chief where several historic adits were driven into high grade gold veins.

Austruck-Bonanza property

American Creek holds a 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza property located approximately 50 km north of Kamloops. The property is immediately adjacent to WestKam Gold Corp.’s Bonaparte Project and is within 100 meters of the Bonaparte pit where in 1994, a 3,425 ton bulk sample averaging 26 g/t gold was taken. In July of 2016, WestKam reportedly began a 10,000 tonne bulk sample program to further test other near-surface high grade gold veins.

A field program consisting of geochemical sampling, mapping and magnetic surveying is currently underway on the property.

American Creek also holds interests in the Glitter King, Silver Side, Red Tusk, D1-McBride and Ample Goldmax properties.

  • Entered into three separate option agreements with an arm’s length third party to acquire the Glitter King, Silver Side and Red Tusk properties
  • all located in British Columbia, Canada
  • Part of the Corporation’s strategy of adding shareholder value by enlarging its gold and silver property portfolio with high quality prospective properties acquired at depressed levels

CARDSTON, ALBERTA–(Sept. 14, 2016) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMK) (“American Creek” or “the Corporation”) is pleased to report that it has entered into three separate option agreements with an arm’s length third party to acquire the Glitter King, Silver Side and Red Tusk properties, all located in British Columbia, Canada. These newest acquisitions are part of the Corporation’s strategy of adding shareholder value by enlarging its gold and silver property portfolio with high quality prospective properties acquired at depressed levels in anticipation of a strengthening precious metals market.

Glitter King Property

The Glitter King is located on the eastern side of Pitt Island approximately 90 km south of Prince Rupert, BC. The property is part of the southern extension of the Alexander Terrane which is host to numerous significant massive sulphide deposits such as Windy Craggy, Greens Creek, the Annette/Gravina Island deposits and the Anyox deposits.

Past work on the property by Devlin (1983) and Bradley et al (1987) resulted in the discovery of a massive sulphide showing up to 4 meters thick with a strike length of 1,800 meters and exposed over a vertical dimension of at least 170 meters. The sulphide sheets are typically composed of 40-80% sulphides with copper, gold, silver, lead and zinc. An average of 10 channel samples taken across the thicker, central part of the massive sulphide zone by BP-Selco produced: 2.32% Cu, 52 g/t Ag, 0.48g/t Au, 0.57% Pb and 2.53% Zn. Devlin (1983) reported values as high as 7.8% Cu, 126 g/t Ag, 8.91 g/t Au, 8.7% Zn and 1.6% Pb.

Silver Side Property

The Silver Side property is located in the Kamloops mining division approximately 20 km north of Clearwater, BC and approximately 50 km west of Imperial Metal’s Ruddock Creek lead/zinc deposit.

Exploration work on the Silver Side in 2010 resulted in the discovery of three new bedrock showings of very high grade mineralization of 75-558 g/t Ag, 12-40% Pb and 12-40% Zn. The mineralized zone has been traced over 100 meters on surface.

Red Tusk Property

The Red Tusk property is located in southwestern BC approximately 12 km west of Squamish.

The property bears similarities to VMS deposits such as the nearby past producing Britannia Mine which over nearly 70 years produced more copper than any other mine in BC. The Red Tusk is also noted as one of the mineral occurrences in BC which exhibits some of the characteristics of the famous Eskay Creek-Type of deposits.

Anomalous gold and silver values from the Silver Spider zone included a grab sample of rhyolite that assayed 0.466 oz/ton gold, 166.12 oz/ton silver, 20.06% zinc, 17.89% lead and 0.12% copper.

A 17 meter long trench excavated on the Cirque zone included assays up to 1.47% copper, 7.63% zinc, 1.74% lead, 2.25 oz/ton silver and 0.12 oz/ton gold.

American Creek’s JV Partner Tudor Gold Corp. Trenches 30,200 G/T Silver at the Electrum Project $AMK.ca

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 9:12 AM on Tuesday, September 13th, 2016

  • Released initial results from the blasted bedrock trenching program being conducted on the Electrum property
  • 12 representative specimens collected from the structure averages 3,461.92 grams (111.30 oz) silver per tonne and 2.24 grams gold per tonne

CARDSTON, ALBERTA–(Sept. 13, 2016) – American Creek Resources Ltd (TSX VENTURE:AMK) (“the Corporation” or “American Creek”) is pleased to announce that Tudor Gold Corp. (“Tudor”) has released initial results from the blasted bedrock trenching program being conducted on the Electrum property in the “Golden Triangle” of NW British Columbia. The program has expanded the high-grade silver-gold mineralization at the New Blast Zone.

The Electrum project is a joint venture between project operator Tudor (60%) and American Creek (40%).

The surface blasting program was started after the completion of the 2016 Electrum drill program, from which complete assay results are still pending and will be released once received and compiled. In total 19 drill holes, totaling 1,406 meters were completed. A total of 1,492 core samples were collected and assayed. Standard sample interval was one meter with 0.25m sub samples collected to test contacts and anomalous intervals. A specialized diamond coring drill was utilized which has the capability to drill flat holes and provides the ability to drill targets of interest with more precision. Low angle drill geometry allows Tudor to take advantage of mountainside geometry and follow the surface exposed mineralization down dip.

Twelve representative specimens were collected across a central vein system on the New Blast Zone. It is approximately 5 m wide and currently exposed for 15 meters along strike. The vein system is open in both directions and at depth. The central axis of the vein system is infilled with a fine-grained blackish, blue-grey mineralization. The northern contact of which is a 0.5m wide sharp edged quartz fragments in a foliated sulphide-quartz-carbonate matrix. The sulphides are pyrite, pyrrhotite, with thin galena/silver seams. The twelve representative specimens collected from the structure averages 3,461.92 grams (111.30 oz) silver per tonne and 2.24 grams gold per tonne. An 8 cm wide silver sulphide core seam returned 30,200 grams (1,065.3 oz) silver per tonne.

The following table lists the New Blast Zone results.

Blast trenching is now being conducted on the Shiny Cliff Zone. It has exposed mineralization which is similar in nature to that at the New Blast Zone. Blast rock samples from the Shiny Cliff area have been sent in for analysis. Trenching and sampling is ongoing to see if the mineralization connects between the Shiny Cliff and New Blast.

Based on the results, Tudor intends on applying for a permit from the BC Ministry of Energy & Mines to remove a bulk sample of mineralized material from the Electrum property. The bulk sample program is intended to investigate the metallurgical properties and determine mineralized grades.

Walter Storm, President and CEO of Tudor stated: “We are very pleased with the results of the work on the Electrum this summer as we have increased the known mineralized gold and silver zones.”

Darren Blaney, President and CEO of American Creek stated: “As more work is conducted at Electrum, the mineralized area continues to impress. Tudor’s plan to conduct a bulk sample program opens up the real possibility of a revenue stream from recoverable silver and gold.”

The Electrum project (which includes the historic East Gold mine) is located approximately 25 km south of Pretium’s Brucejack gold mine and approximately 20 km north of the past producing Premier gold/silver mine. The Electrum shares similar geology with both the Brucejack and the Premier. The Electrum is road accessible and is only 45 km from world- class concentrate shipping port facilities located in Stewart.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control

Analytical work for trench specimens is being carried out by Actlabs Kamloops, (Accredited Laboratory No. 790). Quality assurance and quality control programs include the use of analytical blanks and standards and duplicates in addition to the labs own internal quality assurance program.

All specimens were first analyzed according to the following procedures.

1 — gold Au (0.005 – 10 ppm) by 30g Fire Assay / AA where Au >3 g/t, automatically analyse a new 250g reject split for Au by 50g Fire Assay / Gravimetric finish
2 — Ag (3 – 10,000 g/t) by 30g Fire Assay / Gravimetric finish
3 — Assay Grade, 0.5g Aqua Regia (Partial) Digestion with ICP-OES analysis for the following four elements and detection limits: As (0.01%), Cu (0.001%), Pb (0.003%), Zn (0.001%)

All samples were then treated by “Gold by Metallic Screen Fire Assay”. This entails a representative 1000g of pulverized sample sieved at 100 mesh (150 micron), with assays performed on the entire +100 mesh fraction and two splits of the -100 mesh fraction. A final assay is calculated based on the weight of each fraction.
