Lomiko Metals Inc. is focused on the exploration and development of graphite for the new green economy. Lomiko has been monitoring emerging legislation aimed at reducing dependence on Chinese supply of graphite, lithium and other electric vehicle battery materials. One hundred per cent of graphite is currently imported to the United States as there are no domestic graphite mines able to produce material for graphite anodes used in electric vehicles. Please also refer to news releases dated Sept. 9, 2020, and Oct. 7, 2020, related to changing government policies regarding critical minerals.
U.S. Election Bonus for Critical Minerals Mining
In a boon for the critical minerals mining industry, former vice-president and current presidential frontrunner Joe Biden’s campaign has privately told U.S. miners it would support boosting domestic production of metals used to make electric vehicles, solar panels and other products crucial to his climate plan, according to three sources familiar with the matter.
Mr. Biden, who served as Barack Obama’s vice-president and is well regarded in conservation circles, has been expected to continue in that vein. The U.S. Democratic presidential candidate also supports bipartisan efforts to foster a domestic supply chain for graphite, lithium, copper, rare earths, nickel and other strategic materials that the United States imports from China and other countries, the sources said. Mr. Biden is also well regarded by the Canadian government on issues of mining and green energy which has a Canada-U.S. supply strategy agreement.
On Sept. 28, 2020, Canadian ministers discussed opportunities to drive Canada’s natural resources advantage by building on Canada’s strong environmental, social and governance performance record to attract investment, generate new value chains and create job opportunities across Canada, including for indigenous businesses and communities. Ministers agreed that an inclusive approach that builds capacity and ensures diversity is a key ingredient to Canada’s successful economic recovery.
Co-chaired by Seamus O’Regan, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, and Ranj Pillai, Deputy Premier and Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources for Yukon, they agreed to work together to build an all-Canadian critical minerals and battery value chain across sectors and pursue engagement with Lomiko’s partners in the United States and beyond.
“Canada’s economy is in a strong position to recover and excel post-COVID because of our natural resource potential. All communities across Canada should play a part, whether it is contributing critical minerals to the supply chain, advancing innovative energy development, or adding jobs and capacity to our remote and northern communities,” said Mr. Pillai.
Lomiko’s opportunity in the supply chain
Graphite demand is expected to increase exponentially for the mined natural graphite material, as more is used in the production of spherical graphite for graphite in the anode portion of electric vehicle lithium-ion batteries.
With the completion of a $750,000 financing on Oct. 23, 2020, Lomiko plans to work on its near-term goals as follows:
Complete 100-per-cent acquisition of the property, currently 80 per cent owned by Lomiko Metals;
Complete metallurgy and graphite characterization to confirm lithium-ion anode-grade material;
Complete a technical report to confirm the extent of the mineralization equals or surpasses the nearby Imerys mine, owned by an international mining conglomerate;

American Creek’s JV Partner Tudor Gold Intersects 1,152 Meters of 0.741 gpt AuEq, Including 1.561 gpt AuEq over 121.5 Meters and 0.968 gpt AuEq over 414 Meters with Hole GS-20-75
Step-Out Hole GS-20-70 Extends the Goldstorm 300 Horizon and CS-600 Zone Another 150 Meters to the Northeast as Drilling Continues with Six Drills at Treaty Creek
Cardston, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – October 26, 2020) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AMK) (“the Corporation”) is pleased to present results for the fourth set of diamond drill holes at their flagship property, Treaty Creek, located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of Northwestern British Columbia. Diamond drilling continues with six drill rigs currently working on the Goldstorm Zone which is on-trend from Seabridge’s KSM Project, 5 km to the southwest. All nine of the recent drill holes have successfully intersected the Goldstorm System expanding the mineralization to the northeast and southeast, as well as to depth. The Goldstorm System 300 Horizon has now been traced for 1100 meters along the northeast axis and in addition, the CS-600 and DS-5 systems have been expanded to the northeast and to depth as well. All 26 drill holes completed at Goldstorm during the 2020 program have encountered significant precious metal mineralization.
Tudor Gold’s Vice President of Project Development, Ken Konkin, P.Geo., stated: “The goal is to drill-define the limits of the Goldstorm system mineralization. We are very pleased with the results obtained from the 2020 drill holes that have yet to define limits or boundaries to the mineralized target along the northeastern and the southeastern axes, and to depth as well as we keep encountering mineralization versus non-mineralized host rock. Drill hole results from GS-20-75 demonstrate that several aspects of the mineralized horizon appear to be gaining strength at depth with significant Au-Cu-Ag mineralization encountered in the CS-600 zone which averaged 0.968 gpt AuEq over 414 meters. Our technical team has to date received drill hole results from 26 diamond drill holes at Goldstorm and three holes from the PSZ Zone, totaling 24,343.6 meters. Samples from 12 drill holes are awaiting results from MSA Labs, totaling 12,443.7 meters, with six additional holes currently being drilled that are expected to total more than 6,500 meters. The information released to date represents just over half of the drill information we plan to collect for this year’s program at Goldstorm. We have also received good news from MSA Labs that they hope to get back to our scheduled 15-day turn-around-time for results. We are confident that our combined efforts will expediate the news flow for the near-future.”
Goldstorm Highlights include:
Nine diamond drill holes in this release totaled 10,234.2 meters, all hitting the intended targets with favorable results listed in the tables below.
Best intercept was from GS-20-75 on Section 114+00 NE that averaged 0.741 gpt AuEq over 1152.0 metres (112.0-1264.0 m) containing an enriched portion of 121.5 meters (232.0-353.5 m) that averaged 1.561 gpt AuEq.
GS-20-75 also had a remarkable 414.0 meter intercept (833.5-1247.5 m) of 0.968 gpt AuEq within the CS-600 Zone, which is the longest intercept for CS-600 drilled to date.
Tudor Gold has surpassed the previous longest mineralized intercept with GS-20-79 on section 112+00 NE, 150 meters southwest of GS-20-75. This hole intersected 1338 meters (81.5-1419.5m) of 0.595 gpt Au Eq with the upper portion of the 300 Horizon averaging 0.877 gpt AuEq over 484.5 meters (81.5-566.0 m).
A 150 meter extension of the 300, CS-600 and DS-5 Zones was confirmed by an aggressive step-out to the northeast with hole GS-20-70 on section 115+50 NE. The intercept averaged 0.500 gpt AuEq over 1218.0 meters and mineralization remains open to the northeast, northwest and southeast along Section 115+50 NE.
The DS-5 System appears to be gaining strength to the northeast; hole GS-20-64, the north-easternmost hole, returned the strongest result for DS-5, averaging 0.983 gpt AuEq over 550.55 meters with an enriched portion averaging 1.482 gpt AuEq over 154.5 meters (Press Release July 27, 2020).
The following three tables below provide the complete list of composited drill hole results as well as the drill hole data including hole location, elevation, depth, dip and azimuth.
All assay values are uncut and intervals reflect drilled intercept lengths.
HQ and NQ2 diameter core samples were sawn in half and typically sampled at standard 1.5m intervals.
The following metal prices were used to calculate the Au Eq metal content: Gold $1322/oz, Ag: $15.91/oz, Cu: $2.86/lb. Calculations used the formula Au Eq g/t = (Au g/t) + (Ag g/t x 0.012) + (Cu% x 1.4835). All metals are reported in USD and calculations do not consider metal recoveries. True widths have not been determined as the mineralized body remains open in all directions. Further drilling is required to determine the mineralized body orientation and true widths.
Table lll: Drill Data for Holes Completed, Pending Results and Currently Drilling
Attached are Sections 109+00 NE, 112+50 NE, 114+00 NE and 115+50 NE showing holes traces with gold and copper histogram results and a Plan Map showing the drill hole and section locations.
Walter Storm, President and CEO, stated: “For the fourth consecutive press release this year, we again are very pleased to announce a result that surpassed our finest result from the 2019 drill program. Last year, we had an excellent intercept from hole GS-19-47, which yielded 0.697 gpt Au Eq over 1081.5 meters (Section 114+00 NE)- and now we have yet another hole, GS-20-75 with a comparable result that was drilled along the same section but in the opposite direction from GS-19-47. Drill hole GS-20-75 averaged 0.741 gpt Au Eq over an impressive 1152.0 meters. With every hole our technical team completes, we are further defining the mineralized area. Clearly, however, much more drilling is required to locate the limits of the system due to the size and robust nature of the mineralization. Our commitment is to advance the project as far as possible this year and our team will push the winter elements to continue drilling as long as the conditions permit. We are proud of what we have achieved in these last two years of exploration. Given the amount of geological potential that the entire project possesses with the Goldstorm, Perfect Storm Z, Eureka and Orpiment Systems, we believe that similar results will continue to enhance the prospects for the Treaty Creek Project.”
Darren Blaney, CEO of American Creek commented: “The Goldstorm continues to impress. Yet another step out hole has hit significant gold mineralization and has extended the zone another 150m to the northeast. Even after all this 2020 drilling, we still don’t know the extent or bounds of the Goldstorm but clearly, it’s a truly massive gold zone. I congratulate Walter, Ken, and the whole Tudor team on the incredible effort and the associated incredible success as they continue to keep six drills turning at Treaty Creek. I also commend Sean and the More Core Drilling team for their commitment and Get it Done attitude and professionalism.”
Tudor Gold Corp and associated service companies have taken extreme measures to maintain the highest professional standards while working within COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Only essential personnel are permitted to enter the camp and staging areas. Of those who are at the project site and staging site, we have strict daily monitoring of the workers’ temperatures and general health conditions. We have a certified paramedic at the staging area to examine all in-coming and out-going Tudor personnel and all service providers.
The Treaty Creek Project is a Joint Venture with Tudor Gold owning 3/5th and acting as operator. American Creek and Teuton Resources each have a 1/5th interest in the project creating a 3:1 ownership relationship between Tudor Gold and American Creek. American Creek and Teuton are both fully carried until such time as a Production Notice is issued, at which time they are required to contribute their respective 20% share of development costs. Until such time, Tudor is required to fund all exploration and development costs while both American Creek and Teuton have “free rides”.

The 4 Reasons Goldman Sachs Believes Candente Copper is a World Class Company
Candente Copper (TSX: DNT, BVL: DNT) owns 100% of a copper deposit in Peru and has big plans to become a miner. Candente owns a large, economic, copper ore body in Peru waiting to be mined.
Cañariaco Norte is a 100% owned feasibility-stage porphyry copper deposit.
Simply put, it is a mountainous rock body that holds 7.5 billion pounds of copper and has had multiple scientific studies propelling it along the way toward production. Strengthened by Goldman Sachs belief it is one of the top 80 copper deposits yet to be exploited and strategically guided by Australian Iron Ore giant Fortescue’s 19% inside ownership, Candente has the lowest quartile production costs that make it an intriguing project today and a must have for tomorrow.
Reasons Why Candente Copper is A Top Small Cap Copper Company
1. Goldman Sachs has Canariacao Norte listed as one of the top 80 projects waiting to be developed worldwide and is top 42 in South America. Mining projects take a long time to be developed due to the strict standards required to prove metal content in the ground, which Candente has proven it has tremendous amounts of.
A single, contiguous, open-pit mineable deposit of 7.5B pounds Measured and Indicated and can be mined for 22 years once in production speaks to the stability of the project
2. Supported Strategically by Fortesque’s 19.9% Ownership
Fortesque is recognized as a global leader in the mining industry. Fortesque holds 19% Candente and became involved to advance Canariaco further into development. Fortesque committed 1$Million in January 2020 with an eye toward production and is considered a strategic investor, which means they have a long-term timeline for joint exploitation of the asset.
Fortescue is one of the largest global iron ore producers, recognized for its culture, innovation and industry-leading development of world class infrastructure and mining assets in Western Australia. This is truly a partnership which seeks to equally progress Canariaco into development and Candente into production status. The accepted odds for a discovery to find its way into production is about 1 in 1000, and speaks to the sheer difficulty of the exercise.
Candente is close to the finish line and Fortesque is there for the final push.
3. Canariaco is in the lowest quartile of production costs
Once in production Canariaco is in the lowest quartile of production costs for projects waiting to be developed Operating costs of US$0.988 per pound of copper
Canariaco has 7.5Billion pounds of copper measured and indicated capable of generating annual production of 262,000,000lbs of copper, 39,000 oz gold & 911,000 oz silver over initial mine life of 22 yrs(@ 95,000 tpd). A long stable mine life is what attracts quality investors like Fortesque.
Canariaco is a stable, long term investment once it is producing because its output is consistent every year. The risk has been removed from the project.
4. Canariaco is the 1st of 3 projects all in the same area waiting to be discovered.
Candente has the opportunity to make further discoveries through Canariaco South and Quebrada Verde, both within a 5km trend that shares infrastructure. Management believes Canariaco Sur is a mineable deposit and will add tremendous support to shareholders in the future. Quebrada Verde demonstrates the same minerology and potential as both Norte and Sur which and requires future exploitation
Each of these projects will benefit greatly from Canariaco’s development as it will make development even cheaper than Canariaco Norte due to the infrastructure that will be in place, possible pushing Canariaco’s future overall costs even lower.

PIONEERING KIBALI CONTINUES TO POINT THE WAY
Barrick Gold Corp.’s Kibali mine is on track to deliver at the upper end of its 2020 guidance.
Kibali was the first underground gold mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and one of the largest in the world. It is a global leader in automation and continues to improve efficiency and productivity through ongoing technological innovation. In the third quarter it set a new ore delivery record from underground, exceeding nameplate for the first time since the shaft was commissioned in 2018.
“Automation is often associated with reduced employment but we use it as an opportunity to further upskill our workers and to reduce our need for expatriate specialists. It is worth noting that Kibali — one of Barrick’s elite corps of Tier 1 mines — is led by a predominantly Congolese management team in line with our policy of employing and advancing host country nationals,” Mark Bristow, president and chief executive officer.
A Tier 1 mine is one capable of producing at least 500,000 ounces of gold annually for at least 10 years at the lower end of the industry’s cost profile. Mr. Bristow said brownfields exploration was extending Kibali’s life by replacing reserves depleted by mining. Barrick’s exploration teams are also hunting for the next Kibali elsewhere in the DRC.
During the past quarter, battery technology was successfully integrated into the Kibali power grid to augment the mine’s three hydropower stations and offset the cyclical load of the winder. In line with Barrick’s global move to cleaner energy sources, the new technology will further reduce the mine’s carbon footprint and use of thermal power.
Following a meeting with President Felix Tshisekedi today, Mr. Bristow said they had agreed that Kibali had brought a thriving local economy to what was previously one of the most deprived regions in the DRC.
“The continuing paved extension to the Durba road will provide construction work for local contractors for the next three years. Community support continues to be reinforced through other initiatives such as the Renzi agribusiness project and the planned palm oil project. We also remain committed to transferring skills to the community, and the upgrading of the Kokiza Training Centre for engineers is scheduled to start later this year,” he said.
Additionally, utility buildings initially built as isolation wards during the Ebola outbreak and subsequently used as a quarantine centre for COVID-19 cases, will now be transitioned to a tropical disease centre to serve local communities.

Candente believes the Conceptual Exploration Targets have potential grading from 0.5 g/t Au to 2.75 g/t Au containing between 50,000 and 100,000 oz Au
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Candente Gold Corp. (TSXV:CDG) (“Candente Gold” and/or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that a due diligence site visit to the Cocula Gold Project in Jalisco, Mexico has been completed. Samples were collected to check historical reporting and also to conduct preliminary metallurgical test work to assist in determining the best methods for processing material from the deposit.
The most extensive work on the Cocula Project to date was conducted by Timmins Gold Corp. (“Timmins”) between 2007 and 2011. Timmins delineated disseminated gold, silver, lead, zinc and copper mineralization as well as higher grade zones of the same metals. The mineralization has been found, to date, near and at-surface, over an 800m length and 54 metre depth within a NW-SE trending fault zone.
Timmins work comprised comprehensive exploration which included geological mapping, geochemical sampling, trenching, Reverse Circulation (“RC”) drilling (1,974 meters (“m”)) and leach testing. Significant results from the RC drilling and trenching included 54m grading 4.97 grams per tonne (“g/t”) gold in a trench across the center of the mineralized area. An RC hole drilled beneath this trench encountered 37.5m grading 1.3 g/t gold including 7.5m grading 5.8 g/t from surface to a 7.5m depth.
The Company has reviewed the above as well all reports and data available and considers there is potential for conceptual exploration targets including a lower grade bulk tonnage, potentially leachable deposit as well as a higher grade/lower tonnage core of the deposit. Based on all of the existing exploration data and previous resource estimates to date the Company believes the Conceptual Exploration Targets have potential for: 500,000 to 6,000,000 tonnes grading from 0.5 g/t Au to 2.75 g/t Au containing between 50,000 and 100,000 oz Au with secondary credits from silver, lead, zinc and copper. The above is based on exploration to date by Timmins and other and does not include additional exploration potential. The potential quantity and grade described above is conceptual in nature, that there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.
Check sampling conducted by Ing. Humberto Hernandez, Geological Engineer, member of Asociación de Ingenieros Mineros, Metalúrgistas y Geólogos de México, has confirmed grades of 5.663 g/t gold over 6 metres and 4.322 g/t gold over 8 metres in quartz breccia bodies which also contain galena and sphalerite.
Samples have also been collected for preliminary metallurgical testing to assist the Company in identifying potential opportunities for a leaching and/or a flotation operation. Some of the extraction processes being considered could involve the use of the recently optioned SDA plant in Acaponeta. This work is being overseen by Ing. Gerardo Moreno, Geological Engineer and Miner, of Grupo Constructor Germo based in Durango, Mexico.
The Cocula Project area is located within the Ameca Mining District of Jalisco State which is home to Agnico Eagle’s El Barqueño Project and Endeavor Silver’s Terronera Project.
Candente Gold has launched a comprehensive growth strategy to build a cash flowing business platform and gain access to properties with near surface exploration potential while maintaining El Oro as its flagship asset and an integral part of the overall growth strategy. The acquisition of the SDA Plant, the El Dorado historic mines and the Cocula Project signifies an important first step.
The financial benefits from Western Mexico operations and the addition of specialized personnel will translate across platforms to strengthen our efforts to explore and potentially mine. The Company is currently evaluating other properties that are complimentary to the SDA plant, El Dorado and the Cocula Project.
El Oro is a district scale gold project encompassing a well-known prolific high-grade gold dominant gold-silver epithermal vein system in Mexico. The project covers 20 veins with past production and more than 57 veins in total, from which approximately 6.4 million ounces of gold and 74 million ounces of silver were reported to have been produced from just two of these veins (Ref. Mexico Geological Service Bulletin No. 37, Mining of the El Oro and Tlapujahua Districts. 1920, T. Flores*)
Modern understanding of epithermal vein systems indicates that several of the El Oro district’s veins hold excellent discovery potential, particularly below and adjacent to the historic workings of the San Rafael Vein, which was mined to an average depth of only 200 metres.
Joanne C. Freeze, P.Geo., President, CEO and Director and Matthew Melnyk, CPG., Director Operations and Director are Qualified Persons as defined by National Instrument 43-101 for the projects discussed above, however they have not been able to visit the Cocula Project recently due to COVID virus travel restrictions. The work discussed in the News Release is either historical and documented by public records or conducted by Mexican professionals with qualifications similar to those of QP’s registered in Canada. Ms. Freeze and Mr. Melnyk have reviewed and approved the contents of this release.

Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire – October 21, 2020 – Durango Resources Inc.(TSXV:DGO) (Frankfurt-86A1) (OTC:ATOXF), (the “Company” or “Durango“) is pleased to report that further to its news release dated October 8, 2020, the Company has started an exploration program on the East Barry Property which is located 2km east of the Trove Property at Windfall Lake, Quebec.
The East Barry Property was recently expanded in size and is now 7,740 hectares, bordering Osisko Mining Inc. (TSX:OSK) on the west and Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSXV:BTR) on the north. Durango’s exploration crew was tasked with exploring the East Barry along the 10km long gold in till trend for geological reconnaissance. The crew has also been asked to proceed with a north south Spontaneous Polarity (“SP“) geophysical survey across an area of high interest.
Due to the rehabilitation of old access roads, the exploration team is able to complete geological reconnaissance in areas previously unaccessible on the East Barry Property. New outcrops have been discovered on high ground providing key geological information for the area. During this exploration campaign on the East Barry Property, a mineralized quartz feldspar porphyry (“QFP“) dike associated with quartz veins was discovered (see Figure 1).
Figure 1. QFP dike with 0.5 to 1% pyrite mineralization along the newly cleared road.
Marcy Kiesman, CEO of Durango, stated, “Durango’s exploration crew took the opportunity of favourable weather and newly rehabilitated roads to expand the ground exploration program onto the East Barry Property. The East Barry Property has minimal outcrop, so all of the information we can gather on rock exposure is extremely important in order to identify geological similarities with the Windfall Lake deposit and potential mineralization associations. Durango will continue to explore the East Barry Property in the upcoming weeks concurrently with its ongoing drill campaign on the Trove Property. We look forward to analyzing the results in comparison with our neighbours’ data.”
The technical contents of this press release were approved by George Yordanov, professional geologist, an Independent Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The Trove Property has not yet been subject to an NI-43-101 report.
Trove Property, Quebec
Durango owns 100% interest in the Trove claims, which are surrounded by Osisko Mining Inc. (TSX-OSK), in the Windfall Lake area between Val d’Or and Chibougamau, Quebec. The 1,185 hectare property is compelling due to the coincidence of gold found in tills coinciding with magnetic highs, several Induced Polarization anomalies and two faults crosscutting the property. The fault systems north and south of the Trove, control gold mineralization elsewhere, indicating the Trove has excellent exploration potential. Durango received all the final drill permits for the Trove property in September 2019 and is currently undertaking its inaugural drill program.
East Barry Property, Quebec
Durango owns 100% interest in the East Barry claims which run parallel to Trove claims. The East Barry block is over 7,740 hectares in size and borders the eastern perimeter of Osisko’s holdings and the southern perimeter of Bonterra’s holdings and is less than 4km south of the Gladiator deposit. The East Barry claims host a gold trend which covers approximately 10km in length and is subparallel to the main Barry Fault held by Osisko Mining. In 2018, a till sampling program was conducted by Durango and one of the till samples returned forty-two (42) pristine gold grains with reported gold values of 2.184 g/t Au. A high count of pristine gold grains indicates that the gold has travelled a very short distance from its source. The East Barry block underwent an Induced Polarization (“IP“) survey in 2018 which identified a high priority target coincident with the high count of pristine gold grains.

Drill program is to outline additional mineral resources to the current 2.5 million ounces at the Adumbi, Kitenge and Manzako deposits
TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Loncor Resources Inc. (“Loncor” or the “Company“) (TSX: “LN”; OTCQX: “LONCF”; FSE: “LO51”) is pleased to announce that drilling has now commenced on its 84.68% owned Imbo Project in the eastern part of the Ngayu greenstone belt in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The objective of the drilling program is to outline additional mineral resources to the current 2.5 million ounces at the Adumbi, Kitenge and Manzako deposits (inferred mineral resources of 30.65 million tonnes grading 2.54 g/t Au).
Core drilling will be undertaken with the objective to increase mineral resources at the 2.19 million ounce Adumbi deposit (inferred resources of 28.97 million tonnes grading 2.35 g/t Au, equivalent to 2.19 million ounces of gold within a US$1,500/ounce pit shell). The initial holes will target mineralized zones within the open pit shell where closer spaced holes are required to outline additional resources. Drilling will then focus on outlining additional resources below the pit shell where the gold mineralization remains open at depth over a strike length of over 600 metres.
Commenting on the commencement of drilling, Loncor’s CEO Arnold Kondrat said: “Through this focussed drill program we are targeting a significant increase of resources at the Adumbi deposit, both within and below the open pit. If we achieve our expectations, the next step will be a Preliminary Economic Assessment to illustrate the positive economic potential that we believe is contained within Adumbi and the neighbouring deposits.”
Qualified Person Peter N. Cowley, who is President of Loncor and a “qualified person” as such term is defined in National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical information in this press release.

The Loncor team has over two decades of experience of operating in the DRC. Ngayu has numerous positive indicators based on the geology, artisanal activity, encouraging drill results and an existing gold resource base. The area is 220 kilometres southwest of the Kibali gold mine, which is operated by Barrick Gold (TSX: “ABX”; NYSE: “GOLD”). In 2019, Kibali produced record gold production of 814,000 ounces at “all-in sustaining costs” of US$693/oz. Barrick has highlighted the Ngayu Greenstone Belt as an area of particular exploration interest and is moving towards earning 65% of any discovery in 1,894 km2 of Loncor ground that they are exploring. As per the joint venture agreement signed in January 2016, Barrick manages and funds exploration on the said ground until the completion of a pre-feasibility study on any gold discovery meeting the investment criteria of Barrick. In a recent announcement Barrick highlighted six prospective drill targets and have commenced confirmation drilling in 2020. Subject to the DRC’s free carried interest requirements, Barrick would earn 65% of any discovery with Loncor holding the balance of 35%. Loncor will be required, from that point forward, to fund its pro-rata share in respect of the discovery in order to maintain its 35% interest or be diluted.
In addition to the Barrick JV, certain parcels of land within the Ngayu Belt surrounding and including the Adumbi and Makapela deposits have been retained by Loncor and do not form part of the joint venture with Barrick. Barrick has certain pre-emptive rights over the Makapela deposit. Adumbi and two neighbouring deposits hold an inferred mineral resource of 2.5 million ounces of gold (30.65 million tonnes grading 2.54 g/t Au), with 84.68% of this resource being attributable to Loncor via its 84.68% interest in the project. Loncor’s Makapela deposit (which is 100%-owned by Loncor) has an indicated mineral resource of 614,200 ounces of gold (2.20 million tonnes grading 8.66 g/t Au) and an inferred mineral resource of 549,600 ounces of gold (3.22 million tonnes grading 5.30 g/t Au).
Resolute Mining Limited (ASX/LSE: “RSG”) owns 26% of the outstanding shares of Loncor and holds a pre-emptive right to maintain its pro rata equity ownership interest in Loncor following the completion by Loncor of any proposed equity offering.
Additional information with respect to Loncor and its projects can be found on Loncor’s website at www.loncor.com.

Mobilizing all three of its 100% owned drills to execute a strategic diamond drill program targeting areas proximal to known graphite mineralization
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / October 19, 2020 / Gratomic Inc. (“GRAT” or the “Company”) (TSXV:GRAT)(OTC Pink:CBULF)(FRANKFURT:CB81)(WKN:A143MR) is pleased to provide a graphite mineralization update for its Flagship Aukam Graphite Project in Namibia, Africa.
Gratomic Inc. is currently mobilizing all three of its 100% owned drills to execute a strategic diamond drill program targeting areas proximal to known graphite mineralization previously defined by mining, diamond drilling, and surface sampling. The drill program will also incorporate exploratory drilling, testing known structures along strike and optimized targets indicated by recent Geophysical Surveys.
Two phases of diamond drilling will be executed. The first of which will involve tightly spaced infill drilling in ML215 (Figure 1), targeting areas below and along visible strike from the main underground workings within, and around, the graphite bearing shear zone. Delineation drilling in EPL3895 & EPL6710 of known structures and new targets optimized by geophysical surveys will also be tested. Strategic planning of the drilling program is expected to assist with calculating a NI 43-101 mineral resource at Aukam in support of the completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
Figure 1: Gratomic Inc. Mining and Exploration Licenses
2020 Diamond Drilling
Diamond drilling executed on Mining License ML215 will first test the strongest EM conductor C1 on Grid 1 (Fig 2 & 3). Drill holes will initially be spaced 40 metres apart testing each of the five conductors delineating the extent of the graphite mineralization proximal to past mining activities. Two holes per drill set up will initially be completed targeting 20 metres below the overburden, with the second hole drilled steeper to intersect 40 metres below the first hole. Subsequent infill drilling, based on delineation results, are to be drilled on 20 metre centres between the 40 metre spaced holes both along strike and at depth (down dip).
Drilling planned in Grid 2 – EPL6710 will concentrate on conductors C1a & C1b (Fig 2 & 4) with delineation drilling spaced initially at 40 metre centres.

Arno Brand, President and CEO of Gratomic Inc, states “Now that travel restrictions due to Covid-19 have softened enough to allow our Geologic Team to make their way to site, planned drilling, specifically infill drilling, will allow us to quickly outline areas at Aukam which we plan to bulk sample. Upon completion of our Graphite Processing Plant during Q4-2020 we expect to process both current stockpiles and the intended bulk sample material in Q1-2021.”

5 drill holes are planned
Historical grab samples range from from 1.8 g/t Au to 61.73 g/t Au
TORONTO, Oct. 19, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Labrador Gold Corp. (TSX.V:LAB | OTCQX:NKOSF | FNR: 2N6) (“LabGold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that drilling has begun at its Kingsway Project near Gander Newfoundland. The Kingsway project is located within the highly prospective Gander Gold District along strike to the northeast of New Found Gold Corp’s gold discovery announced earlier this year.
Drilling started in the area around the Cracker showing where up to 5 drill holes are planned. Holes are targeting VLF-EM conductors associated with an altered mineralized gabbro and anomalous gold in soil samples. Historical results from the Cracker showing include grab samples from trenching ranging from 1.8 g/t Au to 61.73 g/t Au and channel samples ranging from <5ppb to 1.89 g/t Au.
Drilling will then proceed approximately 2km southeast to test coincident gold in soil and Mag-VLF-EM targets along two interpreted secondary structures trending northeast and north-northeast. Gold concentrations in soil samples range from below detection up to 281ppb (0.281g/t) with six samples assaying more than 100ppb Au (>0.1g/t Au). The higher concentrations are associated with the two structures.
The third drilling area is located a further 2.6km to the southeast near the Appleton #2 showing close to the intersection of a northwest trending structure with the north-northeast structure targeted in Area 2. Gold in soil anomalies range from below detection up to 686ppb (0.67g/t Au) and are associated with a strong northeast trending conductor.
The last two areas for drilling are further to the northeast approximately 4.8km and 7 km northeast of the Cracker occurrence. The first area is in an area of complicated structure that is currently being covered with the CSAMT Survey (see news release dated October 8th, 2020). Gold in soil samples range from below detection up to 547ppb Au. A single historical till sample in the area assayed 1,093ppb Au (1.09g/t) and contained 60 gold grains. This area will be drilled following receipt of results from the CSAMT survey.
The final area covers an interpreted north-northeast trending splay of the Appleton Fault Zone. Gold in soil samples range from below detection to 1,618 ppb (1.62 g/t Au).
“The start of drilling on the Kingsway Project is a major milestone that we have worked hard to achieve this field season,” said Roger Moss, President and CEO of the Company. “The last drilling on the property was in the nineties, so we are excited to drill this prospective region after a more than twenty year hiatus.“
Roger Moss, PhD., P.Geo., President and CEO of LabGold, a Qualified Person in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements as set out in NI 43-101, has read and approved the scientific and technical information that forms the basis for the disclosure contained in this release.
The Company gratefully acknowledges the Newfoundland and Labrador Ministry of Natural Resources’ Junior Exploration Assistance (JEA) Program for its financial support for exploration of the Kingsway property.
About Labrador Gold Labrador Gold is a Canadian based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and exploration of prospective gold projects in Eastern Canada.
In early March 2020, Labrador Gold acquired the option to earn a 100% interest in the Kingsway project in the Gander area of Newfoundland. The property is along strike to the northeast of New Found Gold’s discovery of 92.86 g/t Au over 19.0 metres on their Queensway property. (Note that mineralization hosted on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization hosted on the Company’s property). In early July 2020, the Company signed an option agreement to acquire a third license to add to the property package which now covers approximately 77 km2. Infrastructure in the area is excellent located just 18km from the town of Gander with road access to the project, nearby electricity and abundant local water.
The Hopedale gold property covers much of the Florence Lake greenstone belt that stretches over 60 km. The belt is typical of greenstone belts around the world but has been underexplored by comparison. Initial work by Labrador Gold has identified a 3 kilometre mineralized section of the northern portion of the belt in the vicinity of the known Thurber Dog gold showing where grab samples assayed up to 7.8g/t gold.
The Ashuanipi gold project is located just 35 km from the historical iron ore mining community of Schefferville, which is linked by rail to the port of Sept Iles, Quebec in the south. The claim blocks cover large lake sediment gold anomalies that, with the exception of local prospecting, have not seen a systematic modern day exploration program. Results of the exploration to date show gold anomalies in soils and lake sediments over a 15 kilometre long by 2 to 6 kilometre wide north-south trend and over a 14 kilometre long by 2 to 4 kilometre wide east-west trend.
The Company has 93,294,175 common shares issued and outstanding and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol LAB.

Vancouver, British Columbia…Affinity Metals Corp. (TSX-V:AFF) (FRANKFURT: 34IA) (“the Corporation”) (“Affinity”) is very pleased to report that it has acquired, through staking, a mineral property in Quebec, Canada that adjoins Osisko’s world class Windfall Lake project claim holdings. The property has been named the Windfall North. The property consists of 96 mineral tenures spanning 5143.15 hectares and straddles the very prospective main lithological contact and structural trend along strike to the northeast from Osisko’s rapidly growing Windfall Lake deposit within the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
Location of Windfall North Property
Abitibi Greenstone Belt
The Abitibi Greenstone Belt, along with the Fraser Institute deeming it the 4th most attractive mining jurisdiction in the world, is home to dozens of world class deposits including: Val-d’Or Chibougamau Kirkland Lake Timmins Detour Lake Malartic Bousquet Rouyn-Noranda Larder Lake The Abitibi is renowned as the world’s largest mineral-rich greenstone geological belt. The geological structure spans 450 km long by 150 km wide and runs through the Canadian Shield, from west of Timmins, Ontario, then eastward to Chibougamau, Quebec. The region’s history hosts over 100 mines that have aggregately produced an excess of 170 million ounces of gold. While the belt is known primarily for its prolific gold mines, base metal production in the region is also substantial at over 400 million ounces of silver, 15 billion tons of copper, and 35 billion tons of zinc.
Osisko’s Windfall Lake Gold Deposit
The Windfall Lake Project is reportedly one of the highest grade resource-stage gold projects in Canada and continues to grow as more discoveries are made. Osisko recently reported Windfall Lake indicated resources of 2.39 million tonnes at 9.1 g/t Au (1,206,000 oz. gold) and inferred resources of 10.61 million tonnes at 8.4 g/t. (3,938,000 oz. gold). Osisko has defined the resource approximately 2000m on strike and 1500m depth, and continues to drill at an impressive pace. They hit the million meter drilling mark earlier this year in anticipation of an updated resource estimate in the later part of 2020 and a feasibility study to come out next summer.
In 2018, a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) forecast was done on the Windfall Lake Project. At the time it contained around 3 million oz. gold. As it stood then , it would cost $397 million to build the mine that would produce an average of 218,000 oz. gold annually, over 8.1 years. The study projected an after-tax internal rate of return of 32.7% and a net present value of $413.2 million using a discount rate of 5%.
The PEA in 2018, indicated Windfall had very strong economics with a $1,300 gold price and a 6.7 g/t gold grade deposit. With gold in the $1,900’s and an inferred resource estimate of 9.1 g/t Au, the Windfall project has exponentially grown in value. The region will become even more profitable by the means of a 30-year Grande Alliance agreement. The agreement covers road, rail, port and power infrastructure in the region, including a powerline from Lebel-sur-Quévillon directly to the Windfall site.
Mick Carew of Haywood Securities commented in a northern miner article (dated May 29, 2019), on the growing results, and states they “reflect the continued assertion that Windfall is part of a larger, dynamic gold mineralized system” and “demonstrate the significant exploration potential beyond the immediate footprint of the current Windfall resource.”
Selected high-grade drill intercepts from Osisko’s Windfall program (last 12 months): 143 g/t Au over 2.0 metres in OSK-W-19-2197-W1 153 g/t Au over 3.4 metres in WST-19-0234 376 g/t Au over 2.0 metres in WST-20-0310 199 g/t Au over 5.0 metres in WST-20-0312 34.8 g/t Au over 10.4 metres in OSK-W-20-2266-W1 171 g/t Au over 2.5 metres in WST-20-0463 173 g/t Au over 2.0 metres in OSK-W-20-2139-W8 21.0 g/t Au over 13.0 metres in OSK-W-2256-W1 115 g/t Au over 5.6 metres in OSK-W-20-2256-W2 1475 g/t Au over 4.6 metres in OSK-W-19-1731-W2
Windfall North Property Geology
Affinity’s North Windfall claims are located along the contact of a dioritic gneiss terrain and a granitic terrains. It is strategically positioned directly along the Windfall and Romeo faults and is located approximately 9 km NNE from Osisko’s Windfall Lake project. The Windfall fault, which is interpreted to represent the ductile level root feeder system that plumbs and controls the location of Osisko’s Windfall deposit model, is interpreted to continue northeast into Affinity’s Windfall North claim holdings along strike where it diverges into two separate structural traces and subducts beneath the granitic pluton.
Affinity staked the North Windfall claims based on the interpreted northeast trend of the Windfall Lake Fault from the Windfall Lake gold deposit and plans to conduct a geological and geophysical data compilation in order to generate drill targets.
