  • Tudor has determined the potential quantity and grade ranges for gold mineralization encountered up to the completion of its 2017 drill program on the Copper Belle zone
  • Tudor Gold believes that exploration of the Copper Belle zone up to the end of 2017 has indicated the potential for 1.8 to 1.9 million ounces of gold contained within 50 to 45 million tonnes grading 1.12 to 1.35 g/t Au
  • Based on previous exploration results, including 57 current and historic drill holes totaling 22,974 m

Cardston, Alberta–(September 13, 2018) - American Creek Resources Ltd (TSXV: AMK) (“the Company”) is pleased to report on results from Tudor Gold’s exploration at the Treaty Creek project located adjacent to Seabridge Gold’s KSM in BC’s Golden Triangle. Tudor has determined the potential quantity and grade ranges for gold mineralization encountered up to the completion of its 2017 drill program on the Copper Belle zone. Drilling is continuing in 2018 with the aim of increasing the known area of gold mineralization at Copper Belle by the end of this field season.

Tudor Gold believes that exploration of the Copper Belle zone up to the end of 2017 has indicated the potential for 1.8 to 1.9 million ounces of gold contained within 50 to 45 million tonnes grading 1.12 to 1.35 g/t Au. This is based on previous exploration results, including 57 current and historic drill holes totaling 22,974 m. Thirty of the holes (15,424 m) were drilled by Tudor Gold in 2016 and 2017, with 27 holes (7550 m) completed by others in 2007 and 2009. Drill holes are generally spaced 50 to 100 meters apart. The exploration target potential was derived by modelling zones of gold-bearing porphyry style veining and alteration, including quartz-sericite-pyrite and potassic alteration, within a surrounding propylitic “halo”, on vertical cross sections and long sections through the Copper Belle zone. The ranges are based on drill results that define the approximate length, thickness, depth and grade of the Copper Belle zone.

The volumes of the areas modelled on sections have determined the potential tonnage range, whereas the grade range is based on drill results within the modelled exploration target area up to the end of 2017, and on nearest neighbour and inverse distance estimates, within an interpreted 0.3 g/t Au grade shell. The potential tonnages and grades are conceptual in nature, there has been insufficient exploration to define a current mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the delineation of a current mineral resource.

Walter Storm, President and CEO, stated: “We are extremely pleased with the indications for the Copper Belle zone to potentially host between 1.8 and 1.9 million ounces of gold and are looking forward to continued positive results from the 2018 drilling program that we are confident will significantly increase the known extent of the mineralized area at Copper Belle. The 2018 drilling program entails part of the company’s plan to work towards preparation of a mineral resource.”

The Copper Belle zone has been traced by drilling for over one kilometer in length and has been outlined over widths ranging from 250 to 550 meters, with vertical extents of mineralization from 300 to 500 meters. The Copper Belle zone is separated into North and South zones by a post-mineral fault, with indications of thicker mineralized intervals in the North zone (see Figure 1). Drilling in 2018 is focusing on expanding the area of known mineralization in the North zone. Results from the first two holes of the 2018 program were reported in a news release dated Aug 24, 2018. The sixth hole of the season has recently completed and results from more of the new holes are expected within the coming weeks.

  • Significantly, the first sighting of coarse visible gold has been made, within an interval that assayed 26.6 g/t gold over 1.5 meters in hole CB-18-32.
  • CB-18-32 intersected 1.036 g/t gold over 121.8 meters and 0.800 g/t gold over 49.5 meters

Cardston, Alberta–(August 27, 2018) – American Creek Resources Ltd (“the Company”) (TSXV: AMK) is pleased to report initial results from the 2018 Tudor Gold drill program on the Copper Belle zone of the Company’s Treaty Creek property in BC’s Golden Triangle. Gold, silver and copper analyses have been received from the first two holes. To date, five holes have been completed, totaling 3,899 meters and the sixth and seventh holes are proceeding.

The gold assays from the first two drill holes indicate broad intervals of more than 300 meters of gold mineralization that have expanded the known area of the Copper Belle zone, providing positive results that will be used in future resource calculations. Significantly, the first sighting of coarse visible gold has been made, within an interval that assayed 26.6 g/t gold over 1.5 meters in hole CB-18-32.

Walter Storm, Tudor Gold President and CEO, stated: “We are extremely encouraged by the broad intervals of gold mineralization encountered in the first two drill holes of the season at Copper Belle. The large step-outs with the drills will quickly evaluate a significant area of the porphyry system and we are prepared to drill deeper holes to explore the indications of continuing gold mineralization at depth. In addition, there is a three-kilometer interval between Tudor Gold’s Copper Belle discovery and Seabridge Gold’s Iron Cap deposit, in which our magnetotelluric geophysical survey has identified strongly anomalous targets that have yet to be drill tested.”

CB-1831, the first hole of the season, is a step-out hole that has expanded the known extent of the Copper Belle zone some 100 m to the west of previous drilling. CB-18-32, which is located 190 m south of hole 31, has also extended the zone more than 100 m to the west. Current drilling continues to step out successfully to the west in large jumps of 100 to 150 meters, providing information about a sizeable portion of the porphyry-style mineralized system. The Copper Belle zone appears to be a relatively flat-lying body that is located along trend, to the northeast of the Iron Cap Au-Cu deposit on the adjacent property of Seabridge Gold Corp. Holes at Copper Belle in 2018 are testing a magnetic high that measures some 600 meters by 500 meters and has previously only been drilled along its eastern and southern margins. For locations of the 2018 and other holes in the Copper Belle area that are overlain on Total Magnetics contours, please view the map below.

CB-18-31 intersected a 302 meter-long mineralized interval from 392.0 to 694.0 meters that averages 0.471 g/t gold. Within this section are zones of more intense silica alteration that contain greater concentrations of pyritic mineralization, which have returned higher gold values, such as 1.908 g/t Au over 20.5 meters.

CB-18-32 intersected two broad zones of mineralization; the upper zone averages 0.662 g/t gold over 337.8 meters and also contains intervals of stronger alteration and mineralization, such as 1.036 g/t gold over 121.8 meters and 0.800 g/t gold over 49.5 meters. The lower zone, 90 meters downhole from the first, averages 0.395 g/t gold over 169.5 meters, with higher grade intervals such as 0.758 g/t gold over 31.5 meters. Strong mineralization is present at the end of hole 32, indicating very good potential for continuing gold values at depth.

Gold, silver and copper results for holes CB-18-31 and CB-18-32 are summarized in the table below:

Earlier in the season, Tudor Gold field crews examined and channel sampled a new zone of porphyry-style veining that has recently been exposed by retreating glacial ice. This area is about 1.1 kilometers southwest of the Copper Belle zone, toward the Iron Cap deposit, and has not been previously sampled. Of the twelve samples, several were anomalous in gold, with values such as 0.522 g/t gold over 1.5 meters. Additional sampling in this new zone is planned.

  • Reports that 2018 exploration has commenced on the Ample Goldmax gold property located within the historic gold camp area near Lillooet, British Columbia, Canada
  • Had originally planned to carry out this program last year however, at that time access to the property was restricted due to forest fire danger in the area

Cardston, Alberta–(August 13, 2018) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV:AMK) (“the Corporation”) is pleased to report that 2018 exploration has commenced on the Ample Goldmax gold property located within the historic gold camp area near Lillooet, British Columbia, Canada. The Corporation had originally planned to carry out this program last year however, at that time access to the property was restricted due to forest fire danger in the area.

The 1,044 hectare Ample Goldmax property is located approximately 8 km west of Lillooet along, and adjacent to, Highway 99 South along Cayoosh Creek. The property has a long but intermittent history of gold prospecting dating back to 1866 when coarse placer gold was discovered in the lower reaches of Cayoosh Creek. Abundant placer mining lead prospectors upstream to multiple sources of lode gold including what became the historical Ample and Golden Cache mines.

The property hosts multiple zones of high-grade native gold-bearing quartz veins. These gold showings are located mainly along a 3 to 4 km extent of the Cayoosh Creek Fault in Cayoosh Assemblage rocks. Complete delineation of mineralized zones along this trend has never been undertaken, although sporadic past exploration has shown the presence of multiple gold-bearing mineralized zones. The Ample Goldmax claims area demonstrates an excellent exploration target in the search for an economic deposit of gold. All areas are open to potential expansion and new discovery.

The objective of the present program is to locate and map known gold structures, to prospect for new gold veins, and to define future drill locations targeting high grade gold vein systems. The Corporation is pleased to report that this new 2018 program has already resulted in the discovery of visible gold within the first surface quartz vein system examined.

Property History

Two past producing mines are located within the property. The first was the Golden Cache in 1887, which produced spectacular native gold specimens, but only slightly over 1,000 tons of ore was ever mined. The Ample Mine, which operated on and off from 1900 to the 1930’s, was the most significant in the area, with at least eight different adits and approximately over 300 meters of underground workings.

Historical work on the property by Homestake included the mapping of eight underground workings and also the identification of at least 10 known mineralized zones over a strike length of 3 km primarily hosting native gold, with or without sulphides, in mesothermal quartz vein stockworks, gold and various amounts of silver in sulphide zones, and areas with lower grade bulk tonnage disseminated type gold. Homestake conducted a small diamond drill program in 1996 and reported several intersections of gold at shallow depth including 11.76 g/t over 8.2 meters which included 1.2 meters of 66.84 g/t gold (containing visible gold) and another intersection of 21 meters of 2.75 g/t gold (December 16, 1996 Aris Report 24742).

A report prepared for Homestake by Kuran and McLeod (1997) reports that grab samples returned up to 118 g/t gold with surface chip samples up to 6.9 g/t gold over 3 meters.

The Ample Gold Max property has an established trend of mineralized zones along the Cayoosh Creek Fault for more than 3 kms. Many of the mineralized zones like the Ample—Goldmax and Bonanza Ridge zones display visible free gold and abundant sulphide lenses, along a strike length of showings over 1km in length

The yellow line is highway 99 — the green line running through the zones is the Cayoosh Creek thrust fault– Red line is Ample Goldmax claim boundary

CEO and President, Darren Blaney stated: “We are pleased to finally be able to start working on the Ample Goldmax property as wildfires prevented our work program last year. The Ample Goldmax is an incredibly prospective property located in a historic gold district with past placer and hard rock production and numerous high-grade gold zones. The discovery of visible gold on the first day was a great start to the program.”

#Gold demand to be positive in second half of 2018, says WGC report $AMK.ca $EXS.ca $MQR.ca $HPQ.ca $GZD.ca $GGX.ca $GR.ca

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 2:56 PM on Wednesday, July 25th, 2018

  • Gold demand is likely to be healthy in the second half of 2018 on positive global economic growth, trade wars and its impact on currency and rising inflation, the World Gold Council (WGC) said in a report.
  • Gold price rose by more than 4 per cent in the first few months of the year, only to finish in June down by the same amount and this downward trend continued during July as gold dropped almost an additional percentage point, WGC said in its mid-year outlook 2018 today.

While gold’s volatility spiked in February and April, it has been moving in a relatively low range since, it added.

WGC said the gold’s performance has been mainly driven by factors including a strengthening US dollar, higher investor threshold for headline risk and soft gold demand.

“At the same time, gold’s price momentum and investor positioning in derivatives markets has accelerated its descent. We, however, believe that there may be reasons to be more optimistic during the second half of the year,” it said.

According to the council, macroeconomic trends like positive but uneven global economic growth, trade wars and their impact on currency and rising inflation and an inverted yield curve will support gold in the second half of 2018.

In India, the second half of the year is usually positive for gold as the harvest and wedding seasons during the autumn provide seasonal support for the market.

The economic policies rolled out by the government to draw the informal, cash-based economy into the formal sector, according to the report, are starting to translate into stronger economic growth.

  • Reports the commencement of a significant drill program on the Treaty Creek Project, immediately adjacent to and in the same hydrothermal system as Seabridge Gold’s KSM property and Pretium’s high-grade Brucejack mine
  • Treaty Creek has similar geophysical, geological, and structural signatures to its neighbours with potential for similar scale

Cardston, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – July 18, 2018) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AMK) (OTC Pink: ACKRF) (the “Corporation”) is pleased to report the commencement of a significant drill program on the Treaty Creek Project, immediately adjacent to and in the same hydrothermal system as Seabridge Gold’s KSM property (largest gold deposit in the world by reserves) and Pretium’s high-grade Brucejack mine. Treaty Creek has similar geophysical, geological, and structural signatures to its neighbours with potential for similar scale.

The 2017 Copper Belle zone resource delineation program comprised 27 drill holes with intercepts containing long intervals of gold mineralization (an estimated 13,722m total). A block of delineated mineralization from all historical drilling will form the basis for a preliminary resource estimate. Another 8 to 16 holes to depths of greater than 700 m are recommended in order to publish a preliminary resource estimate.

A geophysical (MT/mag) anomaly under Copper Belle (B in Figure 1) shows a strong continuation of mineralized structure that is open to the north, west and to depth. This was verified in the 2017 drill results and supports the priority focus for 2018 drilling on the Copper Belle extensions. The Konkin Zone MT/mag anomaly (A in Figure 1) is another high priority exploratory drill target that previously generated 870 g/t Au over a 1.2m channel sample.

Walter Storm, President and CEO of Tudor Gold, commented (June 4th, 2018): “Our first priority now is to complete the work for our resource estimate followed by drilling other exciting targets confirmed by Simcoe Geoscience. The consolidated geophysical survey that combined acquired data from Magnetotellurics (MT), magnetometer (Mag) and electromagnetic (EM) surveys has provided Tudor with several high priority anomalous drill targets. We expect that this summer’s drill program will be very busy.”

The 2016 Magnetotelluric geophysical survey program (“MT Survey”) was effectively utilized as a guide for the drill program. The MT Survey suggests that the mineralization continues to the southwest, toward the Iron Cap deposit of Seabridge Gold Inc. The MT Survey also suggests that the mineralized zone is open along strike and to depth.

Simcoe Geoscience has previously provided the Magnetotelluric surveys and interpretive guidance for Seabridge Gold and Pretium Resources in targeting what have developed into world-class discoveries on these neighbouring properties.

More Core Diamond Drilling Services of Stewart B.C. (owner Sean Pownall) will carry out all the diamond drilling and will manage the camp activities in 2018. More Core has extensive experience drilling on the Treaty Creek claims having conducted successful programs previously for both Tudor Gold and prior rights holders. Also, once again, Tudor has selected Yellowhead Helicopters Ltd. (YHL) to provide service. YHL has provided safe and efficient service for the Treaty program for the past two years.

The Treaty Creek Project is a joint venture between Tudor, Teuton Resources Corp., and American Creek. Tudor is the operator and holds a 60% interest with both American Creek and Teuton each holding respective 20% carried interests in the property (fully carried until a production notice is given).
