  1. NAM’s Platinum Group Metals (PGM) Division, more specifically our River Valley PGM Project in Sudbury, Ontario, is the largest undeveloped primary platinum group metal project in North America. Management has director approval to advance the project towards its first economic study, a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
  2. NAM has engaged P&E Mining Consultants Inc of Toronto Ontario to lead the PEA study on the River Valley PGM Project.
  3. The objectives of the PEA are to create a mine plan, mine schedule, a capital cost estimate, and an operating cost estimate incorporated into a financial model to provide total cash flow, after-tax net present value (NPV), and after tax internal rate of return (IRR).
  4. NAM plans to initiate a 4th phase diamond drilling program (see page 2 for further details) on the newly discovered high-grade Pine Zone to contribute to early PEA work, performed by P&E Mining Consultants Inc and a second international mining consultant group selected to assist on this study.
  5. The completion of the PEA is scheduled to be completed on or before the end of the first half of 2019; Geotechnical, metallurgical, mineralogical, and cost estimation work is ongoing, all of which will assist in the completion of the PEA.
  6. Opt-in List: If you have not done so already, we encourage you to sign up on our website (www.newagemetals.com) to receive our updated news or click here.
  7. Our proposed Corporate Mandate is to build a series of open pits (bulk mining) over the 16 kilometres of mineralization. Initially, we will focus on the northern portion of the project and our proposed plan is to mine, crush, and concentrate on site, then ship the concentrates to Sudbury. The objective of NAM before the May 2018 NI 43-101 updated Mineral Resource Estimate was to increase the Mineral Resource in the northern portion of the project which has traditionally been higher grade (Dana North/Dana South/Lismer North) to over 1Moz of PGMs. The discovery of the new higher-grade Pine Zone has added considerably to this area. The new NI 43-101 accomplished this goal.

July 25th, 2018 / Rockport, Canada – New Age Metals Inc. (TSX.V: NAM; OTCQB: NMTLF; FSE: P7J.F). Mr. Harry Barr Chairman/CEO stated: “We are pleased to announce that we have engaged P&E Mining Consultants Inc to lead the first economic study on our River Valley PGM Project. The study is meant to evaluate the Project and complete a PEA which will be a high-level engineering and financial study. The main conclusions of the study will include key financial parameters such as after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) and after-tax Internal Rate of Return (IRR) that will evaluate the projects economic viability. NAM directors, management and technical team as well as P&E’s management team are also looking to engage a second engineering company and contract them for specialized PEA assistance focusing on developing high level processing parameters, metallurgical, and mineralogical scenarios.”

2018 Drill Program Slated for Late Summer/Fall

NAM plans to initiate a diamond drilling program on the newly discovered high-grade Pine Zone to contribute to early PEA work that will be performed by P&E. P&E will use all previous NI 43-101 compliant Mineral Resource data, the 2018 Abitibi Geophysical report, the reinterpretation of Abitibi Geophysical reports by Alan King, P.Geo our Sudbury Geophysical consultant as well as the 2018 Summer/Fall drilling Results to determine a target mine size for the potential starter open pits in the northern 16 kilometres of mineralization. From this target size, P&E will be able to generate early and advanced mine production scenarios including a mine production schedule. The PEA is scheduled to be completed on or before the end of the first half of 2019.

Figure 2: Zone map of the River Valley PGM Deposit: The Yellow Band in Figure 2 represents the footwall potential area of the River Valley Deposit. Over time NAM’s technical team would like to complete an extensive geophysical program from the top of the 16 km in the most northern zones to its most southernly areas that now are known as the River Valley Extension. The objective of a 16 km program would be to outline other Pine Zone type deposits. The 2018 Abitibi geophysical program and Alan King’s reinterpretation of that report have defined several new targets in the northern portion of the project. See Figure 1, page 3 of this release for more related information.

ABOUT NAM’S LITHIUM DIVISION

The summer exploration plan has begun for the company’s Lithium Division. NAM has 100% ownership of eight pegmatite hosted Lithium Projects in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field, located in SE Manitoba, with focus on Lithium bearing pegmatites. Three of the projects are drill ready. This Pegmatite Field hosts the world class Tanco Pegmatite that has been mined for Tantalum, Cesium and Spodumene (one of the primary Lithium minerals) in varying capacities, since 1969. NAM’s Lithium Projects are strategically situated in this prolific Pegmatite Field. Presently, NAM is the largest mineral claim holder for Lithium and Rare Metal projects in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field.

Lithium Canada Development is a 100% owned subsidiary of New Age Metals (NAM) who presently has an agreement with Azincourt Energy Corporation (AAZ) whereby AAZ will now expend a minimum of $600,000 in 2018. In its initial earn in AAZ may earn up to 50%, of the eight Lithium projects that are 100% owned by NAM. AAZ’s 50% exploration expenditure earn in is $2.950 million and should they continue with their option they must issue up to 1.75 million shares of AAZ to NAM. NAM has a 2% royalty on each of eight Lithium Projects in this large underdeveloped pegmatite field and receives a consulting fee as the field manager of the project. In early June (June 14th, 2018) the option/joint-venture has begun their field exploration program. On July 11th,2018, NAM announced that they had exercised their option to search for Lithium and Rare Earths on the CAT4 claim. For additional information on the NAM/AAZ option/joint-venture and recent acquisitions (see the news releases dated Jan 15, 2018, May 2, 2018, May 10, 2018, June 6, 2018, June 13, 2018, July 11, 2018) or go to the investors presentation on newagemetals.com.

ABOUT NAM’S PGM DIVISION

NAM’s flagship project is its 100% owned River Valley PGM Project (NAM Website – River Valley Project) in the Sudbury Mining District of Northern Ontario (100 km east of Sudbury, Ontario). Presently the River Valley Project is North America’s largest undeveloped primary PGM deposit with Measured + Indicated Mineral Resources of 160 million tonnes @ 0.44 g/t Palladium, 0.17 g/t Platinum, 0.03 g/t Gold, with a PdEq metal grade of 0.90 g/t at a cut-off grade of 0.4 g/t PdEq equating to 3,297,000 ounces PGM plus Gold and 4,626,000 PdEq Ounces (Table 1). This equates to 4,626,250 PdEq ounces M+I and 2,714,000 PdEq ounces in Inferred (see May 8th, 2018 press release). NAM is currently conducting Phase 4 of their proposed 2018 exploration and development program. The current program is based on recommendations of previous geophysical studies and reviews by the company’s consultants, recent drilling, ongoing advanced metallurgical and minerology studies and selective pit design drill programs. The results of Phase 4 will assist in early PEA work being conducted by P&E Mining Consultants Inc and is meant to contribute towards the River Valley PEA. Mr. Michael Neumann, P.Eng., a veteran mining engineer and one of NAM’s directors, will oversee the completion of the PEA.

On April 4th, 2018, NAM signed an agreement with one of Alaska’s top geological consulting companies. The companies stated objective is to acquire additional PGM and Rare Metal projects in Alaska. On April 18th, 2018, NAM announced the right to purchase 100% of the Genesis PGM Project, NAM’s first Alaskan PGM acquisition related to the April 4th agreement. The Genesis PGM Project is a road accessible, under explored, highly prospective, multi-prospect drill ready Palladium (Pd)- Platinum (Pt)- Nickel (Ni)- Copper (Cu) property. A comprehensive report on previous exploration and future phases of work is slated for completion by early August 2018 on Genesis. This report will be completed by Avalon Development of Fairbanks Alaska.

After the Avalon report has been submitted to NAM, management will then actively seek an option/joint-venture partner for this road accessible PGM and Multiple Element Project using the Prospector Generator business model.

The results of the updated Mineral Resource Estimate for NAM’s flagship River Valley PGM Project are tabulated in Table 1 below (0.4 g/t PdEq cut-off).

  • Reports the commencement of a significant drill program on the Treaty Creek Project, immediately adjacent to and in the same hydrothermal system as Seabridge Gold’s KSM property and Pretium’s high-grade Brucejack mine
  • Treaty Creek has similar geophysical, geological, and structural signatures to its neighbours with potential for similar scale

Cardston, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – July 18, 2018) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AMK) (OTC Pink: ACKRF) (the “Corporation”) is pleased to report the commencement of a significant drill program on the Treaty Creek Project, immediately adjacent to and in the same hydrothermal system as Seabridge Gold’s KSM property (largest gold deposit in the world by reserves) and Pretium’s high-grade Brucejack mine. Treaty Creek has similar geophysical, geological, and structural signatures to its neighbours with potential for similar scale.

The 2017 Copper Belle zone resource delineation program comprised 27 drill holes with intercepts containing long intervals of gold mineralization (an estimated 13,722m total). A block of delineated mineralization from all historical drilling will form the basis for a preliminary resource estimate. Another 8 to 16 holes to depths of greater than 700 m are recommended in order to publish a preliminary resource estimate.

A geophysical (MT/mag) anomaly under Copper Belle (B in Figure 1) shows a strong continuation of mineralized structure that is open to the north, west and to depth. This was verified in the 2017 drill results and supports the priority focus for 2018 drilling on the Copper Belle extensions. The Konkin Zone MT/mag anomaly (A in Figure 1) is another high priority exploratory drill target that previously generated 870 g/t Au over a 1.2m channel sample.

Walter Storm, President and CEO of Tudor Gold, commented (June 4th, 2018): “Our first priority now is to complete the work for our resource estimate followed by drilling other exciting targets confirmed by Simcoe Geoscience. The consolidated geophysical survey that combined acquired data from Magnetotellurics (MT), magnetometer (Mag) and electromagnetic (EM) surveys has provided Tudor with several high priority anomalous drill targets. We expect that this summer’s drill program will be very busy.”

The 2016 Magnetotelluric geophysical survey program (“MT Survey”) was effectively utilized as a guide for the drill program. The MT Survey suggests that the mineralization continues to the southwest, toward the Iron Cap deposit of Seabridge Gold Inc. The MT Survey also suggests that the mineralized zone is open along strike and to depth.

Simcoe Geoscience has previously provided the Magnetotelluric surveys and interpretive guidance for Seabridge Gold and Pretium Resources in targeting what have developed into world-class discoveries on these neighbouring properties.

More Core Diamond Drilling Services of Stewart B.C. (owner Sean Pownall) will carry out all the diamond drilling and will manage the camp activities in 2018. More Core has extensive experience drilling on the Treaty Creek claims having conducted successful programs previously for both Tudor Gold and prior rights holders. Also, once again, Tudor has selected Yellowhead Helicopters Ltd. (YHL) to provide service. YHL has provided safe and efficient service for the Treaty program for the past two years.

The Treaty Creek Project is a joint venture between Tudor, Teuton Resources Corp., and American Creek. Tudor is the operator and holds a 60% interest with both American Creek and Teuton each holding respective 20% carried interests in the property (fully carried until a production notice is given).

About American Creek

American Creek holds a strong portfolio of gold and silver properties in British Columbia. The portfolio includes three Golden Triangle gold/silver properties; the Treaty Creek and Electrum joint ventures with Walter Storm/Tudor as well as the recently acquired 100% owned past producing Dunwell Mine. Other properties held throughout BC include the Gold Hill, Austruck-Bonanza, Ample Goldmax, Silver Side, and Glitter King.

Exploration drilling continues to indicate strong gold potential at the Beaufor Mine

MONTREAL, July 17, 2018 – MONARQUES GOLD CORPORATION (“Monarques” or the “Corporation”) (TSX.V:MQR) (OTCMKTS:MRQRF) (FRANKFURT:MR7) is pleased to report the first set of results from its 30,000-metre 2018 drilling program at the Beaufor Mine. The current results are from nine exploration holes totalling 2,047 metres of drilling on the QF1 and 1700 projects (see composite schematic section).

QF1 project
The QF1 veins lie some 70 metres from the lower contact of Zone Q, the main zone currently in production at the Beaufor Mine. The current program aims to test the continuity of this structure over an extension of about 500 metres in the West, Central and East sectors, outside the known resource.

Four holes totalling 711 metres were drilled in the West sector. All four intersected the QF1 structure, including Hole 18-124-92, which intersected 20.62 g/t Au over 3.95 metres, including 111.00 g/t Au over 0.70 metres. This zone consists of two quartz-tourmaline veins 176 cm and 24 cm thick, containing 1% and 15% pyrite, respectively, within a chloritized, silicified, albitized granodiorite.

“The results of this first round of drilling in 2018 shows strong gold potential in the Zone Q footwall,” said Jean-Marc Lacoste, President and Chief Executive Officer of Monarques. “This strengthens our sense that the mineral resource can be increased in this area. The next round of drilling, which is now underway, will test the three sectors of the QF1 structure, namely the West, Central and East.”

1700 project
Five holes were drilled in the 1700 project area for a total of 1,336 metres. All the holes intersected veins/veinlets and mineralization north of a major shear striking approximately 80°N.

The best results were obtained in holes 18-173-13 and 18-173-15, which returned grades of 12.05 g/t Au over 0.50 metres and 5.10 g/t Au over 3.05 metres. The mineralized intersections consist of quartz-tourmaline veinlets containing trace to 5% pyrite.

These holes confirm the vertical and lateral extension of a mineralized lens containing several veins and veinlets near the north contact of a shear, a structure that appears to be similar to the West Shear, known to be the main conductor for the gold at the Beaufor Mine. The western extension of the shear and the mineralized lenses is still not well understood.

TORONTO, July 13, 2018 – Eric Owens, the founder and former CEO of Alexandria Minerals Corporation (“Alexandria” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that he has launched a “CEO Verified” Discussion Forum on AGORACOM. The forum will serve as the Founder Group’s primary social media platform to interact with shareholders and advise of the group’s future growth initiatives.

The Alexandria Minerals Discussion Forum can be found at:

https://agoracom.com/ir/thefoundersgroup/forums/discussion

Eric Owens, a concerned shareholder, is a member of the Founder’s Group of dissident shareholders who have requisitioned a shareholder meeting to remove three board members (the “Affected Board”) who we believe are disrespecting shareholder value for self-interested motives.

“Alexandria’s huge, largely unexplored Val d’Or property, located along the proven Cadillac Break, is highly prized and envied. We are deeply concerned with the lack of integrity displayed by the Company Board members, and how it affects Alexandria’s future and reputation, a company I founded and am (or was) proud of. Under my stewardship, we developed a reputation for integrity in the mining community while discovering gold.” Eric Owens

The Founder’s Group supports Eric Owens’ proposal to elect three highly-qualified and experienced candidates to the Alexandria Minerals board. These three respected professionals share Eric’s superior vision for Alexandria and are committed to maximizing shareholder value.  The new Board’s priorities will be to:

  1. Bring in the capital necessary to restart the scuppered drilling program, the largest planned program in Alexandria’s history;
  2. Re-start the 60,000 metre drill program; and
  3. Complete the 2-year period of aggressive discovery drilling.

To support this vision, Eric Owens and the Founder’s Group recommend that shareholders vote only on our YELLOW BALLOT.  We encourage you to vote the yellow ballot, even if you have already voted the blue ballot. Shareholders must cast their vote no later than 5:00 P.M. (EDT) on Thursday, July 19, 2018

Even if you have already voted, VOTE AGAIN! Your last vote is the vote that counts.

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire)GGX Gold Corp. (TSX-V: GGX), (OTCQB: GGXXF), (FRA: 3SR2) (the “Company” or “GGX”) is pleased to announce the receipt of the additional analytical results from the winter-spring diamond drilling program on the Gold Drop property, located near Greenwood, B.C. Drill core analytical results have been received for 2018 drill holes COD18-17 to COD18-26 which tested the COD Vein. Highlights from these analytical results include 6.36 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 50.8 g/t silver and 45.5 g/t tellurium over 0.87 meter core length in hole COD18-21 and 10.3 g/t gold over a 2.35 meter interval (1.4 meters actual recovered core from the 2.35 m Interval) in hole COD18-26.

Drill hole COD18-26 intersected gold bearing veins approximately 30 meters southwest of the 2017 trench. This hole was drilled approximately 100 meters southwest of 2017 drill hole COD17-14. Hole COD17-14 intersected the 4.59 g/t gold over 16.03 meters, including 10.96 g/t gold over 5.97 meters (News Release of September 7, 2017).

The ongoing diamond drill program is being conducted in the Gold Drop Southwest Zone, testing and defining the COD Vein, a Dentonia/Jewel style quartz vein. Drilling is also ongoing at a separate gold bearing vein in this region, referred to as the Everest Vein. Previous drill core analytical results from the 2018 drilling program are reported in News Releases of May 29, June 4 and June 27. The highlight of the 2018 drilling program to date is 14.62 g/t gold, 150.2 g/t silver and 102.0 g/t tellurium over 2.1 meter core length in hole COD18-3 at the COD Vein. Trenching during 2017 exposed the northeast – southwest striking COD Vein for over 160 meter strike length.

The analytical results listed below are highlights from holes DDCOD18-17 to DDCOD18-26, testing the COD Vein. Since true widths cannot be accurately determined from the information available the core lengths (meters) are reported. The Gold, Silver and Tellurium analyses are reported in grams per tonne (g/t). The intervals listed in the table below are from the gold, silver and tellurium bearing vein and / or adjacent low grade mineralized host rock.

  • Hole CR-18-586, drilled 50 metres west of Hole CR-17-547, returned a 9.4-metre intersection grading 3.08 g/t Au, including 6.61 g/t Au over 3.1 metres,
    • from a vertical depth of 560 metres, 265 metres below the current resource envelope, indicating that the deposit remains open at depth, with wide, continuous mineralization

Drilling extends deposit by some 180 metres horizontally to the northwest and down to 560 metres, 265 metres below the current resource envelope

MONTREAL, July 10, 2018 – MONARQUES GOLD CORPORATION (“Monarques”, “Monarques Gold” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V:MQR) (OTCMKTS:MRQRF) (FRANKFURT:MR7) is pleased to report new assay results from the 2018 diamond drill program at its wholly owned Croinor Gold project 50 kilometres east of Val-d’Or, Québec. The 20,000-metre diamond drilling program started in March 2018 and is focused on the expansion of the Croinor Gold deposit. The Phase 1 results are from a total of 4,584 metres of drilling in 16 holes (see plan view). Drilling is ongoing.

The Croinor Gold deposit is hosted in a sheared diorite sill three kilometres long by 60–120 metres wide, striking 295 degrees north and dipping 50–65 degrees to the north. The mineralization is associated with pyrite found within and adjacent to quartz-tourmaline veins. The goal of Phase 1 was to extend the western part of the deposit and confirm the continuity of mineralization intersected in Hole CR-17-547 (see press release dated August 31, 2017).

“The drill results on Croinor Gold continue to surpass our expectations, particularly in terms of the deposit’s potential at depth,” said Jean-Marc Lacoste, President and Chief Executive Officer of Monarques. “Hole CR-18-586, drilled 50 metres west of Hole CR-17-547, returned a 9.4-metre intersection grading 3.08 g/t Au, including 6.61 g/t Au over 3.1 metres, from a vertical depth of 560 metres, 265 metres below the current resource envelope, indicating that the deposit remains open at depth, with wide, continuous mineralization. The other good news is that the deposit appears to extend some 180 metres to the northwest (see longitudinal map). All the holes intersected mineralization, including 18.40 g/t Au over 1.6 metres in Hole CR-18-585 and 16.05 g/t Au over 3.1 metres in Hole CR-18-597. We are excited by this outcome of Phase 1, and eager to see the Phase 2 results.”
