VIDEO – HPQ NANO Receives First Order for Spherical Nano Silicon Material from Major Automobile Manufacturer

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 3:53 PM on Tuesday, October 27th, 2020

Welcome to beyond the press release a production of AGORACOM inwhich we take the time to speak with small cap executives right after they put out important news and this one is big news it’s out of HPQ Silicon trades on the TSX venture the stock symbol H. P. Q. with us is chairman CEO Bernard Tourillon we know there are a lot of new people watching this company just from the quality news that’s come out in the last 30 days and what’s up in the market so I’m going to give you a quick summary for all the new people too HPQ is a Canadian producer of innovative silicon solutions what that means is they’re building a portfolio of high value specialty silicone products that are needed for the renewable energy revolution and they’re doing it with two world renowned technology partners now more than just lip service because a lot of companies like that just use corporate jargon HPQ already signed NDA with at least 2 battery manufacturers and energy players that we know of the incident in the past have been that there are more and the one that really points at home is the press release that came out on Thursday afternoon and I’m gonna read it HPQ nano received first order for spherical nano silicon material from a major automobile manufacturer. Bernard this is big news but you had something like on September 30 what’s the difference between these 2 well the difference is massive one of them is the on September 30 is me talking up the fact that I’m talking to car manufacturers to Every manufactures to battery manufacturers and the second one is one of them coming to me and saying here’s your PO we want to be first in line to get your product what you do with these are specification can you need to. We we know we can meet them and that’s it that that’s that so that difference is massive second of all it does have to realize well the investors are HPQ okay for that maybe that’s not a big news because it’s a full but there’s a lot of investors that we exist and there’s a massive you know there’s a massive investment space for the type of company to HPQ is which is a company that’s focused on renewable energies helping solving the problem with regard to energy storage and you know he increasingly reducing the cost of electric vehicles and all those type of aspects there’s a lot there’s a massive audience for what we’re doing and for a lot of those new investors okay the treasurer for them before you between a company that talks about what they have the company has is something having first PO so I thought it was important to say we said we’re gonna deliver. The car manufacture shown an interest. And he confirmed it was sending us a PO so we thought that was important issue and it allows us to reiterate where we are in a leadership position just enter yeah I’m glad you bring that up because clearly a lot of us who have been following the story you’re right it’s almost next take the next step the next step but I would have to think that any older a lot they’re a lot of companies out there who say we are talking to we’ve we’ve heard other companies say that so tax you get an order is much different from wild you know what to talk about was a one email was a meeting was a one phone call here means you went all the way through so clearly there’s a big difference and let’s talk about that they place the order in order to be the first in order to guarantee being first in the queue up for for the material does this automobile manufacturer we gotta give this anonymous are my facture name some other point at some point some some coding client B. Except maybe Friday but. Does it give them an edge over other my automatic factors in the future.  The fact that they called me okay and says we have a specific need for this and we want to test your material okay and it looks like you can do it which we can’t. Demonstrated  that they see a need nobody else can really do. Don’t underestimate the image of the spherical metal powders that you know I sometimes put out we put out a few press release we have in our presentation our powers are very sacred okay there perfect Easter so they’re gonna be very vantage is all technicalities about how you make a bad is the fundamental you squish the material copper plate not so it works so it’s it’s it’s the same thing like with the. 18 pounder for departure was developed with plasma deposition what made you want to meet their material so unique was the fact it was so scared could be very very well you so you know we come out of the we have in our DNA that PyroGenesis expertise about spirituality and that’s I think that’s a that’s a point is really important second point is we believe we can do it Taylor me regards to size the people want so it’s not going to be it works this way does this way a lot of the other process or you know you have to militant that it you don’t get a slice of our products so I think. Those are what the things are attractive that’s what we feel very comfortable with this and for and for people at home that almost seems like it almost doesn’t seem like them the magic bullet that is so spherical right but we’ve seen I’ve seen pics in the past when you put a press release back I think for the PAC it’s just really difficult to get that spherical point it seems like so do we have that big of a product hedge on on most of the. Lawyers out there right now yes yes just because it’s it’s it’s not very difficult is not that many technologies to do this okay. Last minimization is one well the reason we’re not too pleasant to some of the specifics of what the producers are looking for but we’re we’re basically inventing a new version I affectionately call the plasmetization which is an extension of level to the station which basically does the spherical material all the other material are either chemical deposition in the Siemens reactor which basically out of the soul agree doesn’t industry in that does not wires with with a selain gas which is a highly explosive materials I think so far at this year’s number 4 plans of blew up with those material holy hell that. No like even Walker bill the new plant in the U. S. and twice they had fired explode. No it you if you do a quick search on selling gas you’ve just found a few interesting videos on YouTube. Anyway that’s that that’s one of the technologies the other one is it is physically grinding the material to the shape you want to walk sorry to tell you but once you get into the size we’re looking for you cannot grind something he’s perfectly. That’s okay that’s the end and it’s a mess I’m glad you said that because people even me what just might assume okay how difficult is it get something spherical but clearly your explain that no plans are blown up trying to get this done. Let’s talk about looking forward to this an amazing milestone naturally but there was 1 statement H. P. Q. nano looking forward to the December 12/3/2020 start of the Gen 1 PUREVAP NSR reactor in order to start delivering material and here’s the key as we work to keep up with the expected strong interest in our nano silicon products first of all you got appeal so that just gives that statement much more credibility right off the bat what indications you have from now that indication that interest will be strong. Well we also have NDAs with people that want to so we saw some people give us PO some people make a sign NDAs and ask for material does this is this is how we want. So that’s how we know and I can I can just. You know I can just get a good feeling regarding number people trying to contact me how people in the industry to come around there isn’t that many people that will have this ability to to deliver deliver the material out there no I’m I’m and I’m looking to distribute my material at large more more people research center so there’s gonna be more more plausible we do so by the time margin 2 reactors it’s going to come along the way can really deliver more higher quality material you know we anticipate that to be a very high high demand product record will be produced at the Jan one is perfect because for now no would be playing it known be placing a mass purchase order anyways they just want smaller smaller material sizes so here’s a question I have if if all your indications are correct and long you been right up at this point there’s no reason to doubt that that’s the great part you know what what could be your capacity for the number of different auto manufacturers research facilities and other renewable energy companies up that could be requesting materials for you by the time December rolls are because I have to assume this puts on the map right there the entire industry has probably heard about this are about to hear about this so is our capacity for the number of materials you can be sent to you you could be sending out for testing at the the different companies like this one but just by the purchase order yeah yes when we had discussion with with pyrogenesis about how we would be you know scheduling organizing ourself and doing everything else the decision to make the D. D. D. general on the small machine. And this in its size and skip past he was fundamentally designed to be able to meet what we thought we anticipate will be a preliminary demand until we get the other machine goal and it was sort of like a trade off we decided to do we decided basically to build 2 machine instead of just having one is going to be one reason why we did that is 8 with when you go to machine the first machine basically you know it’s you know there’s a there’s a bit of are in deep research and destroy and we learned a lot through these processes the second ball I’ll be capable or furnishing samples everything else so it was you know basically killing 2 birds one stone sure and and that and that’s what we did and seems to be paying off now. You know I I have a good idea with depending on the tears you know it can be universally laboratory can be as small as a few grams to somebody’s gonna ask for 10 kilograms so it’s it’s gonna it’s gonna hop between those amounts that we need in the machine I had the the the capacity to deliver this at the same time for us to be able to learn about all the material I get asked a lot often the questions how sure you guys can make it thank you to all the people thought we don’t have any issue about making. The key the key point for us is how do we collected render it okay to be transported make sure we have we don’t contaminate all the stuff that but those are not the issues that are you know that worrisome for us because it borrows a big expertise in this regard. Yeah for people at home who are watching for the first time learning about a speaking for the first time the partner nation acute analyst pyrogenesis Canada who as commercialized their power their spherical titanium powders with some the largest 3 D. industrial printing companies in in Europe they’re pleasant knowledge is being used on 2 aircraft carriers if for the United States and 2 more aircraft carriers with the just place an order so you know PyroGenesis has proven that they can do that they can deliver global app application at a global scale so that’s what that’s what Bernard is referred to in so much confidence and you bring that up and my next question was this the Peter Pascali quote I think was maybe most president of all the great information already inside this press we saw I’m gonna read the last part in which he says as a technology provider would be the first to say that nothing is guaranteed in every new application there will always be challenges along the way both anticipated and unanticipated with that in mind we’re happy to know that at this point in time we see nothing that should prevent us from successfully producing the desired powders using the PUREVAP nano silicon reactor I mean execution risk is always a concern and we’ve seen other companies the past who have been able to make it out of the lab after so much great promise and here you have an incredible technology partner saying as of right now there’s nothing to prevent you if Peters writes. And again how can you doubt him if he’s right how significant of the player does HPQ become In the world market for this space for this product in the space of nano silica what this technology is going to give us is there is a range you have to understand that in the resort confidence appears to office team is this is sort of an extension of what they’ve already done with plasma donation as I said but we’re dead we’re not entering a range of products that look not too many people can do from the National Science to one to 5 microns okay maybe a bit bigger that’s that’s about 3 and those are those are significant markets their guard technology’s going to deliver and this is what we’re pushing and Carol has developed this is done this kind of a track record has technical team behind this and I’d like to reach it read it here it repeat sorry could reiterate what they reiterate I’ll use it sometimes when phonetic accents statistics in your mind frame that is added Saturday right inside of the 2 yeah yeah what my. Yeah yes this is certainly we can lose my my train of thought well you want to reiterate is that you want to add a review yet the jury that Pyrogenesis doesn’t get involved with the project okay. Unless they can they know they can scaled up to commercial scale. Pyrogenesis is not for R&D it’s an R&D to develop cross on the incredible opportunity to each piece you had this we sort of been able to develop a product line is very close to what Pyrogenesis that’s basically using the field of expertise of our genesis and basically just because it’s about to explode the national silicone you know was on the radar of us that are excited about select when you want when you all must mean is show about it shows through for vice the slight about it even though it doesn’t overly simplified but still it it tracks the interest and everything is there and we’ve been working on this for for 5 years all my competitors in the field okay. They’re doing is they’re taking solar grade silicon plain black you know what we what we were building to and using that to try to make the materials for batteries okay by default any polysilicon plant any plant that does basically the soul of it it’s a legal matter uses as feedstock metallurgic would sort of come up okay. We use as feedstock our own metallurgic saloon model that we produce or any cheaper. In the moment you had you know it’s an old board people technicality in the Saturday. I think I was all too good to one okay well it’s the same process that they were using so so it’s the same issue that that that we face in the wilderness solar springs but we don’t need the the purity so we went all over you the the bottom line everything else this is why it’s so. Our position is so unique just as this market is about to explode the man for this is gonna be hyper law hyperbolic okay that’s how that’s the way it’s going to be right now if you read all the research material there’s not enough raw material okay for all the E. V. guard that people want to build. That’s the bottom line. So we’re in the right space what else can I say it’s sad event at which you think would be fair to say and maybe that’s a stretch but would it be fair to say Bernard that if you’re actually able because up until now it seems like the industry has been hampered by the fact that there just isn’t a lot there there’s a lot of capacity right there’s a lot of supply capacity if you guys can actually do is you’re saying and doing as Peter thinks are going to deliver that that could actually increase the accelerate sorry the speed the growth speed of the of the electric car market at the end the day it will but it’s the pathway is already ridiculously good state like it’s new if if you look at the map it’s a shortage there’s no shortage of material all over the place so when one of the reason why they’d want to go the key equation is reducing the cost of making the car and route in reducing the cost of running it of operating okay in the solar field I can tell you to you know 20 years ago nobody believe the movie making solar cheaper than all the other carbon based energy now it’s the case it’s since been dug up and the same thing is going to happen this week so. Since I have a background and I understand a study very much what happens solar industry I fully anticipate the same thing’s gonna happen baggage so since the beginning HPQ because technologies have been position for that reality is going to be coming which is massive growth in the mail lot of people trying to produce material at the same time okay this is only going to be a few winners and I’m making sure that we’re positioned to beat that winter that’s the bottom line of what we’re doing and. It’s you know it’s nice for Bernard to say this but I think we’ve build technological know Dream Team car to make information. Yep because in the past we’ve seen companies fail because it’s a. George in a couple of guys in the couple labs and they make all sorts of big promises but it’s really George a business guy with some lab partners and we can never scaled everything collapse where is here apple also older we have really talk about them they’ve delivered around the world they’re renowned pyrogenesis is blue generating tens of millions of dollars in revenue or these orders anyway from the U. S. navy from manufacturers and end in the middle east do you name it they’re they’re generating and so that’s the big difference this team actually has a history of delivering this kind of technology last question when I ask you. If the car market was the only market for these powders that would be good enough obviously right but the fact of matter is like all technology I expected to pervade other parts of our lives into a place that we weren’t expecting so where else can you go with these powders you colluded to something the past what we’re up now that you’re getting orders we have to revisit that conversation which is where else can you go wires can you get these powder grow into. Well the the easiest low fruit for us to to pick on and to deliver on this actually the one that all of our partners but also silicon for hydrogen I believe in in the short to medium term will be a bigger draw bigger demand on just to give a pair of free. Just on the first commercial Wilder for smaller system I was having a discussion with guys  anything can converted their material to our power thank you know we’ll we’ll know that the server will send the material you know that would basically take almost a full production legend to react on an annual basis and I just want to order from the so that is exciting hello there’s more there’s more of this and the beauty of. The work with apple’s first what happens a shareholder reach peak use that also double as motivates them to do that the to work with us second of all the guys about below are you a world renowned expert on silicon and everything has to do with hydrolysis of creating hydrogen with silicone powers they’ve done so when you know the confidence that Peter has when he says that you know the machine’s going to work when I taught them using our power is going to work says part artisanal reading if I was not gonna work you just gotta do it wants to be able to show up and then we’ll work on how to move it how to for us to become a better so think about this it’s like you know having the 3 D. more 3 D. printing market all of yourself and you’re the only one that can produce in the chair. The better the better but you’re. So that’s another massive you know and and I said the the prestigious another massive massive skin so I act I mean in what HPQ she was an excellent position when it comes down and says now and talk with the people from the energy in the battery sector okay plus there are other markets just in there many other market where a product is going to be the high demands everything else so we’re well positioned to to develop multiple least successful business line based on our nano reactor technology so do you see yourself almost becoming looked that’s what that was pyrogenesis claim to fame when we start working with them 3 years ago or so old that they had this great core technology that started winning and start developing applications and winning business in multiple verticals so do you HPQ starting to take that same path of next couple years. Yes but focused on so little that’s what we say we’re innovative silicone solution provider that’s literally what we are I’m pretty sure that there will be demands it you can’t even think about we’re actually we’re actually now do some brainstorming guys up alone all the other. Nice high value niche market because the reality is the battery markets quickly going to become involved in market at so basically volume means lower profit margin but I will. But there are plenty of you know any of other markets where you can be high value to it this being said it’s gonna be a great market the battery space don’t get me wrong it’s going to be a massive one but I’m just telling people that you know. We’re not putting all our eggs into one basket we’re not putting all our eggs we just one car manufacturer and I’m gonna put all over it we want to be that good company to the go to company for silicon solutions and we believe that we have to go to do. Bernard that’s exciting not just because you’re saying it because you just you just pulled it off you’ve delivered you buy receive your first Porcher purchase order you and the team at H. B. Q. you and the team at pyro and apple also when you talk about how when you wait when you make statements like that it just has tremendous credibility and again I can kind of saying this after milestone but. Right it’s amazing to see that HPQ took the road less traveled when all the silicon road were mostly for going down the other roads and and here you are way ahead of everybody congratulations man you make sure you have a beer tonight on on me and everybody else enjoy the weekend. Maybe one in French. thanks for all right have a great day have a great weekend buddy thanks bye. For 1 at home you’ve been watching or if you’ve been listening my podcast could you can do that too you’ve been watching Bernard today all chairman CEO of HPQ silicon trade to the venture on the stock symbol HPQ for those who are new to the story you know what you gotta do you know where to go but for those who knew and we’re getting more more people in Bernards telling to get more more calls every day from people are we know there’s a lot of information here for you to consume so the first place to start is get to the hub the HPQ hub on AGOARACOM to the profile page take all the information we’ve kind of laid out there for you to make it easier to really understand all the power of the gist of where they’re going then watch the last 3 or 4 videos fact I would say watch all the 2020 videos that we’ve done with Bernard because that that shows the path of growth and shows that in fact everything Bernard says he delivers and then finally get to the HPQ silicon site that you connect to from the gore come to do your final due diligence and hopefully you’ve discovered your next amazing small cap company on a gore come have a great day everyone.

VIDEO – 30 Days After @elonmusk and #Tesla $TSLA Commit To #Silicon For Electric Vehicle #EV Batteries, $HPQ.ca Silicon Receives First Order for Spherical Nano Silicon From Major Automobile Manufacturer $EFL.ca $EGT.ca $ENPH $PYR.ca

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 8:01 PM on Sunday, October 25th, 2020

HPQ Silicon Resources (HPQ:TSXV) is a Canadian producer of Silicon that is building a line of specialty silicon products needed for electric batteries.

More than just lip service, HPQ has already announced NDA’s with 2 undisclosed companies in the space and has hinted at other NDA’s that are so tight they could not even be announced.

But October 22, 2020 HPQ Silicon went from “a company that is just talking to auto and battery manufacturers to a company that is doing business with a global auto manufacturer” according to CEO Bernard Tourillon, after the Company announced:

HPQ NANO Receives First Order for Spherical Nano Silicon Material from Major Automobile Manufacturer

Tourillon went to intimate that this order puts HPQ on the global silicon map that he expects to lead to significantly greater interest from the industry.

This was echoed in the press release which stated:

HPQ NANO is looking forward to the December 2020 start of the Gen1 PUREVAP TM NSiR reactor in order to start delivering material as we work to keep up with the expected strong interest in our Nano Silicon products.”

If that wasn’t enough, PyroGenesis CEO Peter Pascali was even more emphatic when he stated:

“As the technology provider we would be the first to say that nothing is guaranteed. In every new application there will always be challenges along the way, both anticipated and unanticipated. With that in mind, we are happy to note that at this point in time we see nothing that should prevent us from successfully producing the desired powders using PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor .

5 YEARS ON THE SILICON ROAD LESS TRAVELED

Over the past 5 years, HPQ has teamed up with 2 world renowned technology partners to manufacture high purity silicon cleaner, cheaper and better than anyone in the world – because you can’t dig it out of the ground like other battery metals such as graphite, cobalt and nickel. Now HPQ is on the verge of sending samples of its industry leading silicon to NDA and other potential partners as early as December.

However, despite providing shareholders with a great return during this period, HPQ’s silicon strategy was still met by skepticism amongst investors who found it easier to understand traditional battery metal stories.

TESLA CHANGED EVERYTHING OVERNIGHT

This all changed 7 days ago on September 23rd 2020, when this headline emerged from Tesla’s “Battery Day”

“Tesla To Revolutionize Use Of Silicon In Batteries: Slash Costs, Increases Range”

With the specific references to Silicon + Cheaper Cost + Longer Range, you would have thought HPQ wrote this headline themselves given the fact this is EXACTLY what they have been telling the world for the last 5 years.

Now, thanks to the Company’s latest press release and Tesla’s commitment to silicon, HPQ Silicon no longer has to convince anybody that Silicon is the right track.

If you are serious about battery metals and electric vehicles entering a paradigm shifting parabolic stage in the next 5 years, then you owe it to yourself to watch this interview with CEO Bernard Tourillon.

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 3:10 PM on Thursday, October 22nd, 2020
  • Announced today that the major automobile manufacturer that demonstrated an interest in the Spherical Nano Silicon powders to be produced by the PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor (“NSiR ”) ( Sept. 30 2020 release ) has submitted to HPQ NANO a formal Purchase Order for the material
  • This represents HPQ NANO first ever nanopowders order
  • Manufacturer is well aware that HPQ NANO will only fulfill this first order in December 2020 and, as such, this order is simply a way for them to guarantee to be first in queue for the material
  • The automobile manufacture’s name shall remain anonymous for competitive and confidential reasons

MONTREAL, Oct. 22, 2020 — Innovative silicon solutions provider HPQ Silicon Resources Inc. (“HPQ” or “the Company”) ( TSX-V: HPQ ; FWB: UGE ; Other OTC : URAGF ) through its wholly – owned subsidiary, HPQ Nano Silicon Powders inc (“HPQ NANO”), is pleased to announce today that the major automobile manufacturer that demonstrated an interest in the Spherical Nano Silicon powders to be produced by the PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor (“NSiR ”) ( Sept. 30 2020 release ) has submitted to HPQ NANO a formal Purchase Order for the material. This represent HPQ NANO first ever nanopowders order.   The manufacturer is well aware that HPQ NANO will only fulfill this first order in December 2020 and, as such, this order is simply a way for them to guarantee to be first in queue for the material.   The automobile manufacture’s name shall remain anonymous for competitive and confidential reasons.

INTEREST IN OUR SPHERICAL NANO SILICON POWDERS IS JUST STARTING!

HPQ NANO is looking forward to the December 2020 start of the Gen1 PUREVAP TM NSiR reactor in order to start delivering material as we work to keep up with the expected strong interest in our Nano Silicon products.

“This is indeed significant news. To have piqued the interest of a major industrial player so early on, and to the point where they have sent us a formal purchase order for product , before production , just to insure their first mover position speaks volumes about where we are and what we are doing ,” said Bernard Tourillon, President & CEO of HPQ Silicon and HPQ NANO . “ This validate our strategic decision to enter this space . W e are extremely proud as a Company to be at this table at this unique time . However, I must caution investors that although this order signal s interest in our unique products, we are still at the very preliminary stages and there is no guarantee that anything of commercial value will materialize from these efforts. It does however demonstrate the potential for new and exciting advances by HPQ NANO in the silicon battery space.”

This is a remarkable achievement , and one which clearly underscores both the significant underlying interest in such powders and , as such, the potential impact this product offering could have o n the industry.” said P. Peter Pascali CEO and Chairman of PyroGenesis Canada Inc. As technology provider we would be the first to say that nothing is guaranteed. In every new application there will always be challenges along the way, both anticipated and unanticipated. With that in mind, we are happy to note that at this point in time we see nothing that should prevent us from successfully producing the desired powders using PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor .

About Silicon

Silicon (Si), also known as silicon metal, is one of today’s strategic materials needed to fulfil the Renewable Energy Revolution (“RER”) and the decarbonization of the economy presently under way. Silicon does not exist in its pure state; it must be extracted from quartz (SiO 2 ), in what has historically been a capital and energy intensive process.

About HPQ Silicon

HPQ Silicon Resources Inc. ( TSX-V: HPQ ) is a Canadian producer of Innovative Silicon Solutions, based in Montreal, building a portfolio of unique high value specialty silicon products needed for the coming RER.

Working with PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX-V: PYR) , a high-tech company that designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes plasma – based processes, HPQ is developing:

  • The PUREVAP TM “Quartz Reduction Reactors” (QRR) , an innovative process (patent pending), which will permit the one step transformation of quartz (SiO 2 ) into high purity silicon (Si) at reduced costs, energy input, and carbon footprint that will propagate its considerable renewable energy potential ;
    • HPQ believes it will become the lowest cost (Capex and Opex) producer of silicon (Si) and high purity silicon metal (3N – 4N Si);
  • Through its 100% owned subsidiary HPQ NANO Silicon Powders Inc, the PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor (NSiR ) , a new proprietary process that can use different purities of silicon (Si) as feedstock, to make spherical silicon nanopowders and nanowires;
    • HPQ believes it can also become the lowest cost manufacturer of spherical Si nanopowders and silicon-based composites needed by manufacturers of next-generation lithium-ion batteries ;
    • During the coming months, spherical Si nanopowders and nanowires silicon-based composite samples requested by industry participants and research institutions’ will be produced using PUREVAP TM SiNR .

HPQ is also working with industry leader Apollon Solar of France to:

  • Use their patented process and develop a capability to produce commercially porous silicon (Si) wafers and porous silicon (Si) powders;
    • The collaboration will allow HPQ to become the lowest cost producer of porous silicon wafers for all-solid -state batteries and porous silicon powders for Li-ion batteries;
    • Develop the hydrogen generation potential of Silicon nanopowders for usage with the Gennao TM system;
    • Commercialize, exclusively in Canada, and non-exclusive in the U.S.A., the Gennao TM H2 system and the chemical powders required for the hydrolysis production of Hydrogen (“H2”).

VIDEO – HPQ Silicon Is Able To Deliver The Carbon Coated Silicon Elon Musk, Tesla And Electric Battery Makers Are Seeking

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 4:50 PM on Thursday, October 15th, 2020

Welcome to beyond the press release a production in which we take the time to speak with small cap executive right after they put outnews and seems like we have in this guy here every week about Bernard troullion chairman CEO H. B. P. silicon the company trades on the bench from the stock symbol H. P. Q. for those who knew the story we got a ton of shareholders so we know the you know the story but there are a lot of new people constantly discovering HPQ generally speaking the Canadian producer was building our portfolio of high value specialty silicone products that are needed for the coming renewable energy revolution now a lot of companies have a lot of lip service and mapped out that might sound like jargon but the fact of matter is this H. becuz already announced not one but 2 NDAs with industry participants and last week announced that a major global auto manufacturer had requested samples and potentially even and potentially even a pre order up the headline today that we’re talking about HPQ proprietary nano silicon manufacturing process to incorporate the first ever one step capability of carbon coating metal silicon material as it is produced Bernard that’s a mouthful let’s talk about then how are you very well very well by the way it’s been 2 weeks okay so that’s got people like you I gave you 2 weeks break before came up when you press release I don’t. Popped up my I can’t escape you I thought you keep coming into my garage yeah by the road yeah so let’s talk about the importance of this because if you read it on its face you think all right you know they’re good we already do this great stuff with the nano silicon side and obviously NDA is the car manufacturer all of that so do you you just doesn’t do you doesn’t sound like a big deal but. The relevance of the quote musk also added that he would tackle one of the key downsides of using silicon inside and out by coating the silicon with elastic polymer coating and holding the still got together with the elastic binders salt is this coding Hey that important and be you doing it in one step is that a big game changer. Yes yes yes I’m. I absolutely don’t press release basically says you know there everybody knows there’s issue with silicone that’s what’s not to like while the press one of the first thing that really needs to be done in one of the first solution to resolve the issues going on which is what we’re doing and after. What the work of pyrogenesis is really in the engineering and there’s I’ve discovered or found out is there is a there is a way for us to do in the same process to encapsulate it into carbon so basically that’s that’s what it is it’s it’s true strategy you have you make a material small and then you try to capture it as a way of doing what the guys apart was figured out is that we can basically in chapter in capsule 8. At the same time as we make the material bottom line is very simple it’s going to be cheaper to do it that way it saves the process it seems everything else I I put the description another process all other proces recaps leaving you with your own bus because talking about as you take that silicone first of all you gotta make it to the size you want to whatever that sizes port for. And then you got it in capsule which is an additional step so every additional steps and cost as contamination risk as you know it’s it’s just it’s just it’s an additional piece of equipment so if you can combine 2 steps into one then you know you’re old you be cheaper so we’re you know we’re going to be the cheapest one we were you know you can already started attacking that actually means we’re gonna be able to produce what the battery manufacture with TV manufacturers are looking for in a wide range of you know product range you know somebody wants just a nanoparticle excell exiles will deliver the one coating will do that so it’s it’s just to demonstrate the flexibility and the value of the relationship we have with our I think not long ago when we announced a deal with Pyro people kept pushing the value we paid for the I. P. well this is what we. It’s this one group of the stuff about it did you want you gave an example of the process in the press release Hey man I got a minute it sounds like it’s a long. An expensive bottle is not the case and if so. How big of an advantage is this going to give you in the marketplace because in your quote you said HPQ continues to expand the attractiveness of our product line for renewable energy storage participants and electric vehicle manufacturers to keep looking for cost effective ways tip increases silicon in their batteries so you know are you really it was already you’re already pioneering the space because you’re going now and now it seems like your potential pioneering the space because you’re going nano and coding at the same time so is that how how big of an advantage are you gonna be it’s gonna be massive up as demonstrators like everything else but it’s just your forward thinking how we are when we when we say we’re provider of innovative so so the conclusion that’s what we do that’s where that’s what our focus and that’s what we’re working in silicone for batteries as needed mainstreet 8 Tesla’s finally made it mainstream people understand where it’s coming now courses a lot of people to be talking about. there is the the the technical issues with using silicon and bats all right. And we’ll end with Tesla’s is demonstrating that badly needs one of the ways including gear so right now this 5 percent used in the in balance you can’t really use more because of those issues arise so as we as we present these type of products they can probably be stored to be incorporated now if the battery doesn’t need to next generation batteries are going to require more defense everything else so what was this one saying I’m advancing it so maybe what are in caps the material they’ll be able to increase by one to 3 percent the quantity of silicone in their present bad news as we move to the to the other generation of batteries and produce different products so we can have a wide scope scope of products I’m not offering just one product okay I’m offering each article solution group solution to. The the battery manufacturers TV manufacturers and everything else so being in that position I’ve I’ve had discussion I think we we even signed an NDA with with somebody who was looking into getting our nano materials to basically see how they can actually in their own process because every reason to develop their own rules we’re just looking at developing a different process for us that’s good that that we can do at the same time it’s just to show the forward thinking and and and how we we look at the issue. That’s all now up until now other potential a potential customers are players the space would have had to take your nano silicon or the we all all the all the different potential products which they would love that would’ve been a gift that would love the movies but it’s still had to go out and quote it themselves exactly. It’s just so we we we can give it is is it. The key point is reducing the cost per kilometers annual kilowatt you know the cost of major you bad that’s that’s the that’s about so what we’re offering is that opportunity to do that okay. Some. One of the one of the quote your quote I got to ask you about this because it’s a pretty bold statement in your quote again it’s an excerpt so far one was read the press release of the long quote there couple key excerpt this excerpt is our belief that HPQ nano PUREVAP. The reactor she will open up a unique multi $0 business opportunity for HPQ and power genesis has never been stronger he. How that I mean that’s a bold statement D. A. that should we read that as you guys have very little doubt left whether going to be able to deliver. Into this market come December then 2021 and so on and so forth. We strongly believe that we are uniquely positioned okay to deliver the material and to be the solution provider for EV’s environment we were about to slip we actually strongly believe that we have the. We we’re not using a complicated process fundamentally if you if you listen to what the Mr musk said it is battery days is he wants to use metallurgy grade silicon metal to make the material for batteries now what is implied in that is the truth all the other polls as the one from Salah and everybody else uses hi you purely material or more complex material like selling gas and all those type of problems which are more expensive but which I think can be is gonna be the exactly same thing console because it was somebody was telling selling me a process of talking about a process as we have the same cash cross you know the lowest cash gross yes it’s true but you need All new people by the way Bernard just for a minute just to go off on a tangent you ever everybody else was playing in the battery metal space still has to dig stuff out of the ground. For a lot of money. You don’t maybe just be 30 seconds long. It’s a question of a business plan there is the problem is if you have any money okay you don’t have to design a product to sell your product your your. You’re not looking into resolving solution you’re trying to figure a way to add value to your product okay what age did you does differently is. We understand the product which is silicone numbers and how it’s me okay we also understand the wrong product needs immediate made it is it is it it’s abundance its not really an issue especially our process which increase the availability so we focus much more on delivering tailor made the product that the bad is that the that the end buyers can buy so we’re not. You know it’s like it’s it’s it’s not the start records not double ports underground doesn’t really change anything as long as I can make the product the my buyer wants to go to the wall once I have so I’m really into those niche market and I don’t have to support money. That’s just the start up or everything else because as you eat it and you’ve seen the issues with other companies have you you’re trying to to basically you’re trying to accomplish to complex things at the same time so I decided to eliminate one just focus on one however reduce the risk of that the other call texting which is developing a new commercial process basically going from our end the commercial to commercial scale is that part of myself basically my order surely part of genesis which have a history and a track record of doing this so how did I you mitigate the risks well first of all I live I live in a completely one of the issues. And second of all I partner up with a company that has a track record of doing this so it’s not something I think people have to realize that the the plasmanet reactor we’re developing is an expansion of what pyrogenesis been doing into the depositors that was everybody else’s processes are brand new we gotta try something university testing for 3 years but in this case pyrogenesis this is just an offshoot of something they’ve done they’re already doing at global scale with other powers yeah so so it’s it’s just that we’re working on a specific size range where that technology isn’t the most appropriate but our new technology is going to cover that specific pricing so as nano particles become more and more part of our daily life I’ll be adding it to a low cost capacity of manufacturing and industrial skills goals nanoparticle is going to be you know import. So let me ask you where you’re at right now because the last thing the last 2 things we know is this you’ve got a major auto manufacturer in the press release which I assume is a global automotive actually there are too many regional guys global automatic factor who likes the product so much it appears that they’ve already requested sample and potentially you’re expecting your first ever pre order and also the second thing we know is that you’re aiming for December to have the reactor ready and sending out samples to ever needs them so let us know where are you with both of those right now. Well we’re definitely on target you know December we did we did 3 actors going to start we’re going to you know that in our in the testing and everything else with that reactor to really figure out everything else but we’ll be producing enough material to send it to first of all to do it to me in our pre order which will then become full order and then descended to the tune to the tune 2 other battery manufactures have been asking you know. It’s asking for material so that’s phase one middle of next year we will have we will then probably end up being the major league of national producer because in a lot of system is gonna be producing 3.5 ton per year which is you know pretty much out there in regards to the materials and everything else and and then we’re going to be you know rolling from there as as the man comes in as as interest is gonna show which we are we’re sure it’s going to be it’s it’s it’s gonna be ringing out the door especially with this new press release today well we added an additional capacity so it’s going to be demonstrating that we can do it month and demonstrate how we can go more skill started selling and start you know negotiating long longer term deals with with different people we want to become the innovative solutions to common solution provider to you know every evening factors and battery manufacturers out there. And that’s what Martin does a real barbecue right because you’re able to. Take your product and almost customized for you what manufactures may want as opposed to George’s battery metal company I got to dig it out of the ground in the hope that whatever I’m digging out of the ground can kind of match somebody in this world you it you and pyrogenesis are able to actually. Pretty much I don’t think I don’t tailor make is too strong but you’re able to do what that’s what’s different. That’s a German use weak we can chill tomorrow too on to the to the environment by tailoring is going to be like you know one bad was going to say I want this size distribution of that will decide the situation I want to say one decide distribution. There will be some of them gonna save you one then a warm some of them as the one that about so I think it will end up having this discussion but we will be stuck up with one discussion one person say you know we’re just we’re not going to be selling just one color they will be able to do different then different end products so that this is what gives us more much more flexibility which is why it was going to try people to do what we’re doing it’s it’s really our ability to to to be responsive to the the alkaline which is looking at increasing its usage of silicone on their backs you know it’s like the truth of the matter is all the other pro sister trying to make you know nettle potters are all based on physical grounding of the material or using a very expensive gas so it can make a spherical materials we as we mean we show the picture you’ve been lucky you’ve been very confident the entire time I gotta tie Bernard from the first time we start talking about this for 5 years ago you were extremely cop a confident that you’re going to get here but now that you’re here is there still a party that almost. Doesn’t believe it or is super excited or you still hate George I knew this was gonna happen and I’m happy for our shareholders but I knew this going out or do you ever pinch yourself sometimes and say man this is serendipitous. Well as you said it’s really certain if it is you have to realize that you know we we live with the up and down we always knew from the beginning that we have something unique. You know at first we thought solar would be the way to go on and then as solar roof for different reason I still believe I still believe in that but it’s much more of a further down the line type of outlook so we always believe in the unique capacity of what we had and we just have to figure a way to okay what’s gonna be the big the big need of this product in the market how how we read that. This is where the partnership with pyrogenesis really pays off because you know if we had just appeared apple but probably didn’t have all that expertise into making the the nanoparticles we wouldn’t be in this great position and what was truly serendipitous was our decision about a year year point 5 ago to to to to gradually more focused towards where we are right now because we had a believe at that time that eventually we would be at this point so our timing is really perfect in the sense that we’re going to be coming to the market with a capacity to do something we ate half ways to commercial scale. Often people design process get people excited and then when the pathways to commercialization do you realize you can go you know what part of genesis we have a different approach in the beginning our question mark we start with is there a path was to commercialization that we developed the balance of and that’s a big difference okay all my competitors are there trying to to get into this field are sure trying to figure the way how do we go to commercial fishing you already have a path we know how we’re going to be doing is going to be scalable. But gradually scaling up our processes to ace commercial side we feel comfortable that we can just no copy and paste copy please copy and paste we’re not going to try to go to have an account 0 total one system but we’re gonna have that capacity because. Within the next few years the market’s gonna go from you know having a demand of 5 to phone or maybe 3 times for you per year which is what it is now 100000 turn for your purchase so it’s the question is is there going to be a demand for the freaking stuff is it one of my you know competitor maybe call it actually said that the question isn’t can we make this stuff is given me get them cheap enough and enough of a cheap enough to meet the demand that’s coming and that’s literally the question mark and that’s already part of our thinking our path was moved forward often people in the army says all of this is looks like a great solution when you try to figure out how to help you scaled up the scratching of heads. Yes I haven’t well I will talk about more that more of that another time I’m sure but you know to bring together HPQ with pyrogenesis is just a match made in heaven and and congratulations man I mean I’m happy as a shareholder and everybody at home was a shareholder another great piece of the puzzle added today with this with this one step carbon coating seems like everything you do is one step. And and that’s pretty spectacular Bernard thank you. You’ve been watching or you for listening by podcast Bernard Tourillon chairman CEO of HPQ silicon  trades on the TSX venture exchange under the stock symbol HPQ for those of you who’ve been around the store for years I hope you love this interview I loved it for those of you who are discovering HPQ and that’s new people every day we hope you got some fantastic information to this but if you want to learn more because we know there’s a lot to to to to think about here get to the HPQ profile on AGORACOM we’ve got everything neatly laid out for yeah but the number 1 thing I’d probably recommend right after you did you do that is watch the videos we’ve done with Bernard in the year 2020 if you’re serious about due diligence go back and watch them maybe the most valuable interviews you ever watch for everybody else thanks for joining us have an amazing day.

HPQ Silicon Resources (HPQ:TSXV) is a Canadian producer of Silicon that is building a line of specialty silicon products needed for electric batteries

More than just lip service, HPQ has already announced NDA’s with 2 undisclosed companies in the space, has hinted at other NDA’s that are so tight they could not even be announced and just recently announced HPQ Receives Request for Spherical Nano Silicon Material From Major Automobile Manufacturer; First Pre-Order Expected Soon

Now HPQ is on the verge of sending samples of its industry leading silicon to a global auto manufacturer, NDA signatories and other potential partners as early as December.

However, despite providing shareholders with a great return during this period, HPQ’s silicon strategy was still met by skepticism amongst investors who found it easier to understand traditional battery metal stories.

TESLA CHANGED EVERYTHING OVERNIGHT

This all changed on September 23rd 2020, when this headline emerged from Tesla’s “Battery Day”

Tesla To Revolutionize Use Of Silicon In Batteries: Slash Costs, Increases Range”

With the specific references to Silicon + Cheaper Cost + Longer Range, you would have thought HPQ wrote this headline themselves given the fact this is EXACTLY what they have been telling the world for the last 5 years.  Now, thanks to this headline, HPQ Silicon no longer has to convince everybody that Silicon is the holy grail of batteries …. Elon Musk and Tesla have done it for them in one fell swoop.

BUT ELON MUSK NEEDED EVEN MORE

This quote from a story covering Tesla Battery Day says it all.

“Musk also added that he would tackle one of the key downsides of using silicon inside anodes by coating the silicon with elastic polymer coating and holding the silicon together with elastic binders.”

Was this the back breaking hurdle that would finally put a pin in the rising HPQ Silicon balloon?  The final step that couldn’t be crossed by 2 small cap technology companies from Quebec?

NOPE.

HPQ Silicon announced the following today  HPQ Proprietary Nano Silicon Manufacturing Process to Incorporate First Ever One Step Capability of Carbon Coating Nano Silicon Material as it is Produced

Not only could HPQ rise to the challenge of coating its silicon with carbon …. it announced it could do it in one step! HPQ CEO Bernard Tourillon stated:

“The decision to proceed with this additional capability demonstrates HPQ NANO’s leadership in the space and reflects the infancy of Silicon anode technology development. HPQ continues to expand the attractiveness of our product line for renewable energy storage participants and electric vehicle manufacturers who continue to search for cost effective ways of increasing the Silicon contained in their batteries. Our belief that HPQ NANO PUREVAP TM N SiR will open up unique multibillion-dollar business opportunity for HPQ and PyroGenesis has never been stronger.

If you are serious about battery metals and electric vehicles entering a paradigm shifting parabolic stage in the next 5 years, then you owe it to yourself to watch this interview with CEO Bernard Tourillon.

  • Announced that the PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor (“NSiR”) presently being developed with PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX-V: PYR) will be incorporating the following additional capability in its design:
  • Carbon coating the spherical nano silicon powders and nanowires as they are being created.
  • The Silicon coating concept was validated on Tesla Battery Day when:

“Musk also added that he would tackle one of the key downsides of using silicon inside anodes by coating the silicon with elastic polymer coating and holding the silicon together with elastic binders.” 1

MONTREAL, Oct. 14, 2020 — Innovative silicon solutions provider HPQ Silicon Resources Inc. (“HPQ” or “the Company”) ( TSX-V: HPQ FWB: UGE Other OTC : URAGF ) through its wholly – owned subsidiary, HPQ Nano Silicon Powders inc (“HPQ NANO”), is pleased to announce that the PUREVAP TM Nano Silicon Reactor (“NSiR”) presently being developed with PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX-V: PYR) will be incorporating the following additional capability in its design:

  • Carbon coating the spherical nano silicon powders and nanowires as they are being created.

ONE STEP CARBON COATING NANO SILICON POWDERS AND NANOWIRES POTENTIAL GAME CHANGER ?

The Silicon coating concept was validated on Tesla Battery Day when:

“Musk also added that he would tackle one of the key downsides of using silicon inside anodes by coating the silicon with elastic polymer coating and holding the silicon together with elastic binders.” 1

Presently, advance coating processes, like Atomic Laser Disposition-coating (ALD) require:

  • An additional dedicated self-contain process for the coating of the material;
  • Capex for the dedicated process equipment;
  • Additional material handling (increasing contamination risk and operational costs).

Combining the carbon coating process into the same operation cycle that produces the silicon materials, the low-cost transformation of metallurgically produced Silicon into spherical silicon nano powders or nano wires, could be game changing for the industry.

SILICON POTENTIAL FOR BATTERY ANODE MATERIAL BECOMES MAINSTREAM

Tesla’s latest battery day presentation confirmed that the future of battery anodes will be Silicon. Tesla’s “… plans on removing graphite from the anode … ” points to the need for Innovative Silicon Solutions which HPQ is focused on, as Silicon only based anodes are not yet technically feasible – for now.

Presently, Silicon is used in a blended form with graphite and typically only represents around 5% by wt , which explains the limited performance improvements achieved to date. The primary hurdle to increasing Silicon anode content in Li-ion batteries is the mitigation of Silicon swelling and cracking during the lithiation phase 3 in order to achieve a cyclage stability comparable to graphite.

Ongoing R&D indicates that the two most promising avenues for resolving these issues are:

  1. Going small, nanosizing the Silicon in order to eliminate its cracking during the lithiation phase;
  2. Encapsulating the Silicon in order to manage its swelling and cracking

This is why HPQ NANO is looking forward to the December 2020 start of our first PUREVAP TM NSiR reactor and moving the Nano Silicon project to the validation phase, to resolve these issues.

“ The decision to proceed with this additional capability demonstrates HPQ NANO’s leadership in the space and reflects the infancy of Silicon anode technology development. HPQ continues to expand the attractiveness of our product line for renewable energy storage participants and electric vehicle manufacturers who continue to search for cost effective ways of increasing the Silicon contained in their batteries. Our belief that HPQ NANO PUREVAP TM SiR will open up unique multibillion-dollar business opportunity for HPQ and PyroGenesis has never been stronger. Having the vision to add this additional capability to the process is another example of the value of our unique relationship with PyroGenesis , a Company with a long track record of taking high-tech industrial projects from proof of concept to global commercial scalability ” said Bernard Tourillon, President and CEO HPQ Silicon. “Silicon potential to meet energy storage demand is undeniable and generating massive investments as well as, serious industry interest e are very confident about the prospect of being one of the first compan ies coming to market with a low-cost scalable process that can encapsulate in Carbon the spherical Nano Silicon Powders and Nanowires that batter ies and EV manufacture s are looking for.

This quote from CEO Bernard Tourillon says it all:

“To have piqued the interest of a major industrial player so early on, and to the point where they will pay for product before production just to secure a position, speaks volumes about where we are and what we are doing”

And this one from technology partner PyroGenesis Canada drives the point home:

“To receive this type of validation mere weeks after signing a Development Agreement with HPQ Silicon , and mere days after a major Battery Conference, which highlighted the importance of such products, is astounding. We are excited to see HPQ NANO effectively taking pre-orders from giants in the industry who, based on our experience, are not in the habit of wasting their time”

  • Received a request for Spherical Nano Silicon powders to be produced by the PUREVAP™ Nano Silicon Reactor from a major automobile manufacturer
  • When concluded, will represent the first order for these powders
  • The manufacturer is well aware that HPQ NANO will only fulfill this first order in December 2020 and, as such, this pre-order is simply a way for them to guarantee to be first in queue for this material
  • The automobile manufacture’s name shall remain anonymous for competitive and confidential reasons

MONTREAL, Sept. 30, 2020 — HPQ Silicon Resources Inc. ( “HPQ” or the “Company” ) TSX-V: HPQ ; FWB: UGE ; Other OTC : URAGF ; is pleased to announce today that its 100% owned subsidiary, HPQ Nano Silicon Powders inc (“HPQ NANO”), has received a request for Spherical Nano Silicon powders to be produced by the PUREVAP™ Nano Silicon Reactor (“NSiR ”) from a major automobile manufacturer which, when concluded, will represent the first order for these powders. The manufacturer is well aware that HPQ NANO will only fulfill this first order in December 2020 and, as such, this pre-order is simply a way for them to guarantee to be first in queue for this material. The automobile manufacture’s name shall remain anonymous for competitive and confidential reasons.

“This is indeed significant news. Although we do not expect this initial order to be a big order it does validate our strategic decision to enter this space,” said Bernard Tourillon, President & CEO of HPQ Silicon and HPQ NANO . “To have piqued the interest of a major industrial player so early on, and to the point where they will pay for product before production just to secure a position, speaks volumes about where we are and what we are doing. We are extremely proud as a Company to be at this table at this unique time . However, I must caution investors that although this pre-order signal s interest in our unique products, we are still at the very preliminary stages and there is no guarantee that anything of commercial value will materialize from these efforts. It does however demonstrate the potential for new and exciting advances by HPQ NANO in the silicon battery space.”

“We could not have wished for more so quickly,” said P. Peter Pascali CEO and Chairman of PyroGenesis Canada Inc. “To receive this type of validation mere weeks after signing a Development Agreement with HPQ Silicon , and mere days after a major Battery Conference, which highlighted the importance of such products, is astounding. We are excited to see HPQ NANO effectively taking pre-orders from giants in the industry who, based on our experience, are not in the habit of wasting their time. Once again congratulations to Bernard, his team, and his Board.”

  • The PUREVAP™ “Quartz Reduction Reactors” (QRR) , an innovative process (patent pending), which will permit the one step transformation of quartz (SiO 2 ) into high purity silicon (Si) at reduced costs, energy input, and carbon footprint that will propagate its considerable renewable energy potential ;
    °
    HPQ believes it will become the lowest cost (Capex and Opex) producer of silicon (Si) and high purity silicon metal (3N – 4N Si);
  • The PUREVAP™ Nano Silicon Reactor (NSiR ) , a new proprietary process that can use different purities of silicon (Si) as feedstock, to make spherical silicon nanopowders and nanowires;
    ° HPQ believes it can also become the lowest cost manufacturer of spherical Si nanopowders and silicon-based composites needed by manufacturers of next-generation lithium-ion batteries ;
    °
    During the coming months, spherical Si nanopowders and nanowires silicon-based composite samples requested by industry participants and research institutions’ will be produced using PUREVAP™ SiNR .

HPQ is also working with industry leader Apollon Solar of France to:

  • Use their patented process and develop a capability to produce commercially porous silicon (Si) wafers and porous silicon (Si) powders;
    ° The collaboration will allow HPQ to become the lowest cost producer of porous silicon wafers for all-solid -state batteries and porous silicon powders for Li-ion batteries;
    ° Develop the hydrogen generation potential of Silicon nanopowders for usage with the Gennao™ system;
    ° Commercialize, exclusively in Canada, and non-exclusive in the U.S.A., the Gennao™ H2 system and the chemical powders required for the hydrolysis production of Hydrogen (“H2”).

VIDEO – $HPQ.ca Silicon Applauds Elon Musk And #Tesla $TSLA Use Of Silicon To Revolutionize Electric Vehicle Batteries $DUK $XEL $NEE $PYR.ca @elonmusk

Posted by AGORACOM-JC at 1:28 PM on Thursday, September 24th, 2020

HPQ Silicon Resources (HPQ:TSXV) is a Canadian producer of Silicon Solutions that is building a line of specialty silicon products needed for electric batteries.

More than just lip service, HPQ has already announced NDA’s with 2 undisclosed companies in the space and has hinted at other NDA’s that are so tight they could not even be announced.

However, despite providing shareholders with great a great return during this period, HPQ’s silicon plan was still met by skepticism amongst investors who found it easier to understand traditional battery metal stories.
This all changed yesterday, September 23rd 2020, when this headline emerged from Tesla’s “Battery Day”

Now, thanks to this headline, HPQ Silicon no longer has to convince everybody that Silicon is the holy grail of batteries …. Elon Musk and Tesla have done it for them in one fell swoop.

If you are serious about battery metals and electric vehicles entering a paradigm shifting parabolic stage in the next 5 years, then you owe it to yourself to watch this interview with CEO Bernard Tourillon.

VIDEO – $HPQ.ca Silicon Development Agreement With #Apollon Solar Expands Into Producing HYDROGEN, With Samples To French Military By December $DUK $XEL $NEE $PYR.ca

When a CEO puts this quote in a press release, you have to take it seriously, especially when his two technology partners helping deliver on it are world renowned:

“Since 2017, our collaboration with Apollon has enabled us to benefit from their world-renowned expertise with high value-added Silicon applications.  The addition of manufacturing hydrogen by hydrolysis to our collaboration opens up a new and unique business opportunity that could represent a second multibillion-dollar addressable market for the PUREVAPTM Nano Silicon (Si) Reactor (“NSiR”) nanopowders.

HYDROGEN BY HYDROLYSIS

Two technologies that could deliver vehicles with zero emissions are battery-electric powertrains and hydrogen fuel cells. HPQ is already on the road to becoming an electric battery player, with 2 NDA’s signed in the space – and now will be ready to start sending samples of its nano silicon powders to manufacture Hydrogen by hydrolysis, which is:

“Getting porous silicon nano powders to react with water “H2O” and thereby releasing significant quantities of Hydrogen ” H2  “.

For decades, hydrogen was presumed to be “the fuel of the future,” with electric cars limited to the niche of small, short-range urban cars – but hasn’t been able to deliver due to too many issues to mention here with fuel cells.  Hydrogen by Hydrolysis is a great alternative but cost prohibitive due to the costs of porous silicon nano powders + power generation inefficiencies …. until now.

Enter HPQ Silicon.

HPQ Silicon is so confident it can solve this problem that it will have samples of its powders ready for delivery to Apollon Solar and the French Military for testing by December.
