Greenwood Gold District

Portions of Grizzly’s Greenwood Project being explored by Kinross is 100% owned by Grizzly Discoveries Inc. and includes 131 claims that form a contiguous package totaling approximately 27,346 hectares, representing approximately one third of Grizzly’s land holdings at Greenwood. Under the terms of a September 2015 agreement, KG Exploration (Canada) Inc. can earn a 75% interest on the optioned land pursuant to an Option Agreement with Grizzly on portions of its land holdings in southeastern British Columbia by incurring US$3 million in exploration expenditures over a 5 year period. By the second anniversary of the agreement, 750 metres of diamond drilling must be completed along with US$750,000 in expenditures by September 23, 2017.

ALBERTA DIAMONDS

  • Following 12 drill holes, 3 new diamond bearing kimberlites were discovered in 2008 at the Buffalo Head Hills property.
  • Grizzly has more than 200,000 acres surrounding Diamondex & Shore Gold in the Buffalo Head Hills.

A Renewed Interest in diamonds

Renewed interest in diamond exploration during 2015 and 2016 has prompted re-evaluation of Grizzly’s Buffalo Head Hills Diamond Project in north-central Alberta, which is located approximately 330 kilometres northwest of Edmonton and is easily accessed during summer and winter by a large network of roads and cutlines. Based upon an internal review of all data, the Company has staked additional permits of highly prospective lands for diamond-bearing kimberlites in the Buffalo Head Hills area. Grizzly’s total land position includes 11 permits that encompass approximately 220,000 acres.

The company plans to begin a drilling program shortly and has spotted the first 15 holes along the newly exposed Vein. GGX Gold Announces Purchase of Proprietary Mobile Processing Plant for Gold Drop Property Historic Gold Mining Camp Greenwood BC

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire)GGX Gold Corp. (TSXV: GGX) (the “Company” or “GGX”) is pleased to announce amended terms of its asset purchase agreement (the “Amended Agreement”) with Munroe Materials Inc. (“Munroe”), a private Manitoba corporation.

Pursuant to the Amended Agreement, Munroe and the Company agreed to reduce the purchase price of the Assets (defined below) from $250,000 to $200,000 and for the remaining $150,000 due ($50,000 paid to date) under the Amended Agreement to be paid by the Company through the issuance of 750,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.20 per common share.

Assets to be Acquired

The assets to be acquired from Munroe include a processing plant, equipment and related assets (the “Assets”).  The equipment consists of a proprietary mobile ore sampler involving a unique process for onsite collecting, reducing, and concentrating minerals from host rock. This mobile platform enables the miner to perform bulk sample testing directly at the mine site, or on a promising mineralized outcrop. The system can be modulated for speed and can process up to 5 tons of ore per hour. This process curtails the need for a tailings pond as all water is recycled.

GGX intends to use the Assets for exploration on its Gold Drop Property to help in determining the economic potential of multiple quartz veins throughout the property.

About Munroe Materials Inc.

Munroe is a private Manitoba company in the business of developing innovative mineral processing plants. Munroe has certain intellectual property related to the processing of ore. GGX and Munroe intend to explore the possibility of patenting this process.

GGX expects to complete the purchase of the Assets on or before the end of July 2017. Further details of the Assets will be provided when GGX completes such purchase. MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(June 19, 2017) – PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (http://pyrogenesis.com) (TSX VENTURE:PYR)(OTCQB:PYRNF), a high-tech company (the “Company” or “PyroGenesis”) that designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes advanced plasma processes and plasma torch products, is pleased to announce today that not only has it signed its third contract for a sample order of titanium powder (Ti-6Al-4V) from a large manufacturer of 3D printers, the name and origin of which will not be disclosed for competitive reasons, but it has also, further to its press release dated April 25, 2017, successfully produced and delivered its first powder order. Of particular note is that this third order was also placed during the ramp-up phase of the Company’s powder production system (the “System”), during which time the Company had no expectations of any powder sales at all. All three orders were from different clients.

“As we previously announced, we did not expect this type of interest before ramp-up was complete, and we would have considered any sample orders (i.e. up to 500kg) made during ramp-up to be very significant as this would further validate our strategic decision to re-enter the market for powder production,” said P. Peter Pascali, President and CEO of PyroGenesis. “The fact that we now have received three sample orders in less than 4 months cannot be considered outlying interest, and underscores, what we believe to be, the market’s confidence in our capabilities and the underlying demand for our product. As we have said before, although these orders are sample orders, what is truly noteworthy is that they have been received during our ramp-up phase, and the fact that these clients have taken the time to sample our powders and allocate the funds to qualifying them internally, all before the ramp-up phase is complete, is extremely significant.”

As previously announced, PyroGenesis is the inventor of Plasma Atomization. The Company’s System uses Plasma Atomization to make small, uniform, fully dense and spherical metal powders that flow like water, and which are highly sought after in the Additive Manufacturing (“AM”) Industry.

The Company first began producing powders using this technology for the biomedical industry between 2001-2004. In 2015, PyroGenesis invested approximately $2MM in improving both the production rate and particle size distribution, which led to a patent pending.

On March 30, 2017, the Company announced that it had completed the assembly of its first System and that the first powder run exceeded expectations. This System is the first of many PyroGenesis expects to make to address an increasing need for metal powders in the AM industry.1 The ramp-up of the System is expected to be completed over the next few months.
