Cardston, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – March 12, 2019) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AMK) (“American Creek”) (the “Company”) is pleased to report on the RAISE at the PDAC: 1X1 Small-Cap Resource Conference, the Red Cloud 2019 Pre-PDAC Mining Showcase, as well as the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) annual conference.

The RAISE at the PDAC: 1X1 Small-Cap Resource Conference was an exclusive event for investors and finance individuals who invest in resource stocks to meet one-on-one with companies throughout the day in a series of meetings and presentations. American Creek met with a steady flow of high net worth individuals, brokers, and fund managers throughout the day.

The Red Cloud 2019 Pre-PDAC Mining Showcase was a sold-out event with some 500 investors attending the conference where American Creek had a booth and also did a “Dragons Den” style presentation to a panel of important industry financial representatives. Red Cloud is a big supporter of exploration companies operating in the Golden Triangle region of BC and American Creek has had recent discussions with Red Cloud management regarding working together going forward.

The PDAC conference had over 25,000 people attend even though they charged daily admission for the first time. American Creek had a very busy booth and was also invited to give a corporate presentation at the conference.

There were two noticeable differences observed by Company representatives at the PDAC conference this year. One was a palpable excitement in general for precious metals, more particularly gold and silver. The overall sentiment amongst “the experts” giving presentations and the investors we interacted with was one of optimism and expectations for a rise in both gold and silver prices as the year progresses.

The second, and of particular significance to American Creek, was the impressive amount of exposure and recognition that B.C.’s Golden Triangle has achieved. Exploration in that region now equals the rest of the province put together. The experts, analysts and letter writers were all talking about it, and most people who we interacted with knew about or were planning to invest in Golden Triangle companies and projects. It appears that a new Golden Triangle “gold rush” may be in the making. As American Creek has operated in the Golden Triangle region for almost 15 years and has three noteworthy projects there, we are well positioned to benefit from this building excitement.

Having the Treaty Creek JV property with a fully carried interest next to the Brucejack/Valley of Kings (VOK) mine (Pretivm) and the largest undeveloped gold deposit in the world by reserves (Seabridge) with similar geology, geophysics and structure positions American Creek for potential significant growth.

Investors were impressed with and excited about Ken Konkin (former head geologist for Pretivm and instrumental in the discovery and development of the Brucejack / VOK mine) now heading our JV partner Tudor Gold’s geological team to develop Treaty Creek. Many shareholders were able to talk with Mr. Konkin at the PDAC conference. In discussions with Mr. Konkin, the three items concerning the Treaty Creek project that he is most excited about are:

  • The geology, geophysics and structure are showing potential for similar scale to the rest of the Sulphurets Hydrothermal System, and the drilling to date is confirming.

  • Generally speaking, the string of porphyry related deposits running through the Sulphurets Hydrothermal system have stronger gold equivalent grades the further north you go. The Goldstorm deposit on our Treaty Creek property is richer in gold and total gold equivalent than the KSM deposits further to the south.

  • Treaty Creek is “on the right side of the hill” where there is direct access to highway 37 and the high-power transmission line making logistics markedly better than for deposits further south.

Investors were also excited to learn that American Creek owns 100% of the former operating high-grade Dunwell mine located just 8km from the shipping port in Stewart, B.C., with highway and power lines running through it. The Bear River valley is quickly becoming a hotbed of activity including many recent mergers and acquisitions and our Dunwell property has the richest historical grades and production in the valley. There is also now an opportunity to provide a nearby soon to open mine with mill feed from the Dunwell. In addition to investor interest, we presently have serious interest in the project from several different companies. American Creek is planning on commencing drilling at the Dunwell project within the next 90 days. The objective of that program will be to confirm that under the old workings there are additional significant high-grade extensions of the previously mined gold/silver ore body.

As mentioned in our previous release, American Creek granted Tudor an additional extension for the previously announced option to buy out the Corporation’s 40% interest in the Electrum Project Joint Venture located near Stewart, British Columbia. Tudor paid American Creek a non-refundable payment of $50,000 upon entering the original agreement. If the option is exercised by Tudor, a further payment of $2,650,000 will be made to American Creek on or before April 15, 2019.

The combination of American Creek working on the Dunwell while its JV partner develops Treaty Creek, and either receiving an additional $2,650,00 or retaining 40% of the Electrum property puts American Creek in one of the strongest positions in the Golden Triangle, which didn’t go unrecognized by both analysts and investors alike.Gold Hill Project Update
The 100% owned Gold Hill project is located in the Boulder Creek drainage, a tributary of the Wildhorse River east of Fort Steele, British Columbia and is a potential source of the downstream placer gold responsible for Canada’s 4th largest gold rush.

A preliminary drill program consisting of approximately 2,000 meters of drilling in four holes on two sections was recently concluded on the property. The objective of the program was to get our first initial look at underground geological structure as prior to this time, no drilling had ever been conducted on the property. Information from this preliminary program will be utilized to model and plan future exploration on a wider scale. Assay results are pending.About American Creek

  • Final hole (CB-18-39) of the 2018 exploration season, was a 90 m step-out to the north of the Copper Belle Zone
  • Intersected 0.981 g/t gold over 563.8m, including 1.15 g/t gold over 234 m and 1.72 g/t gold over 55.5m
  • Widest and most strongly mineralized interval of the 69 holes that have been drilled within the zone

Cardston, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – November 26, 2018) –  American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AMK) (“American Creek”) (“the Corporation”) is pleased to report that the final hole (CB-18-39) of the 2018 exploration season, a 90 m step-out to the north of the Copper Belle Zone, intersected 0.981 g/t gold over 563.8 meters including 1.15 g/t gold over 234 m and 1.72 g/t gold over 55.5m and bottomed in mineralization. This is the widest and most strongly mineralized interval seen to date of the 69 holes that have been drilled within the zone, and more importantly, suggests potentially greater widths of mineralization continuing to the north and northeast. This new extension will be a prime target for follow-up drilling in 2019.

Hole CB-18-39 is one of the three holes reported here that were part of the nine-hole 2018 drill program on the Copper Belle zone of the Company’s Treaty Creek property, in the “Golden Triangle” area of north-western BC (see map below). The Treaty Creek property is adjacent to and part of the same large hydrothermal system as Seabridge’s KSM property and Pretivm’s Brucejack / Snowfield property. Results of core sampling have now been received for all of the nine holes completed. The first six holes were reported in the August 24 and October 30 news releases.

Walter Storm, President and CEO, stated: “This very positive intersection in the final hole of the year at Treaty Creek exhibits particularly strong gold values for a porphyry-style deposit. It is certainly the best result to date at Copper Belle – in terms of grade x length – being some 50% longer than the previous longest intersection. We drilled 9 deep holes in 2018, testing a large area with a wide-spaced drill pattern, a program which has expanded the Copper Belle zone to the north and northwest; discovering broad intercepts of gold mineralization adjacent to similar wide intercepts reported in 2017. The target next year will be more drilling north and northeast of Hole CB-18-39, expanding on the significant grade and scale of the gold mineralization encountered.”

CB-18-39 intersected mineralization from a depth of 141.5 m to the end of the hole at 705.3 m, averaging 0.981 g/t Au over 563.8 m. The hole also contained higher grade sections, such as 1.719 g/t Au, with 10.4 g/t Ag, over 55.5 m and, significantly, the hole ended in mineralization, grading 0.673 g/t Au over 38.8 m, indicating potential for continuing mineralization at depth.

CB-18-39 was drilled northwesterly at an angle of -72 degrees. The host volcaniclastic rocks are typically chlorite, sericite and locally potassically altered, however the more strongly mineralized intervals exhibit increased pyrite and stronger silicification than surrounding rocks. This hole also displayed more chalcopyrite than was observed in previous holes. This may indicate that copper grades could be increasing to the north. Silver values were also higher on average in hole CB-18-39, with sections such as 10.4 g/t Ag over 55.5 m from 569.0 m to 624.5 m.

Hole CB-18-39 is the northernmost hole drilled to date and has extended the length of the Copper Belle Zone approximately 90 m northeast from CB-18-37B, to a total known length of 1200 m. Hole CB-18-38; a fill-in hole in the east part of the drill grid, returned wide intercepts of gold mineralization similar to nearby previously drilled holes. Hole CB-18-36 was drilled at the west edge of the drill grid and gold-bearing intervals in this hole indicate that the zone continues at depth in that direction. Gold, silver and copper results for holes CB-18-38 and CB-18-36 are summarized in the table below.

* All assay values are uncut and intervals reflect drilled intercept lengths.
* True widths of the mineralization have not been determined.

CB-18-38 was a fill-in hole located approximately 60 m and 140 m from the adjacent holes (see map below), providing important information about the width, grade and continuity of the Copper Belle Zone in this area. It was drilled to the northwest at an angle of -72 degrees, parallel to the adjacent holes, and returned three broad intervals of gold mineralization; 0.514 g/t Au over 75.0 m, 0.545 g/t Au over 146.5 m and 0.659 g/t Au over 169.5 m. Additional narrower intervals included 0.561 g/t Au over 19.5 m, as well as 0.540 g/t Au over 12.0 m, which extended to the end of the hole indicating that mineralization probably continues at depth.

The gold mineralized intervals in CB-18-38 are primarily hosted by andesitic tuff and fragmental rocks that are moderately silicified, with chloritic, sericitic and potassic alteration, and are cut by abundant fine pyrite veins and later quartz-carbonate veins. Pyrite content averages about 5%, occurring as fine veins, disseminations and local coarse masses in the host rocks. Gold occurs primarily within the pyritic intervals, as well as within later quartz veins, along with rare chalcopyrite, galena and sphalerite.

CB-18-36 was located at the west edge of the drill grid, and oriented to the northwest at an angle of -72 degrees. It intersected a wide zone of faulting and brecciation that has undergone sericite alteration, with overprinted strong silicification and abundant pyrite. This fault zone, plus underlying brecciated volcanic rocks, is mineralized over a drilled length of more than 140 m, and contains a more strongly mineralized gold zone averaging 0.760 g/t Au over a thickness of 46.5 m. Later quartz-carbonate veins containing pyrite, with lesser galena and sphalerite may also contribute to the gold grades.

The nine holes drilled in 2018 covered an area measuring approximately 370 meters by 250 meters, to depths ranging from 600 to 900 meters. This area is located to the north and west of the area for which the company reported a range of 1.8 to 1.9 million ounces contained within 50 to 45 million tonnes grading 1.12 to 1.35 g/t Au determined from the drill results prior to 2018.

The most recent drilling has now extended the known length of the porphyry-style mineralized system for over 1200 meters. For locations of the 2018 and other holes in the Copper Belle area please view the map below. The Copper Belle zone has an elongate north-northeast trend, dipping at a relatively flat angle to the northwest. Mineralization appears to be related to an extensive north-northeast trending tectonic zone that may be part of the extensive Sulphurets Thrust Fault structure that also traverses the KSM property to the south.

The objective of the 2018 drill program was to better define the extent of the Copper Belle zone. The results from the 2018 holes have provided additional information about continuity and grade of mineralization that, along with the previous drill results, will be integral for a resource calculation.

Darren Blaney, CEO of American Creek stated: “Drilling has continued to show long intervals of one-gram gold including lenses of higher grade within. The mineralization is open at depth and to the north-north east just as indicated by the geophysics, which also indicates that we’re only scratching the surface of highly prospective areas on Treaty Creek. What has been rewarding is that the geology and geophysics, both similar to Seabridge’s KSM and Pretivm’s Snowfield, have been used together to guide the drill to such exceptional results.”

  • JV partner Tudor Golds reported four holes of the nine-hole 2018 drill program on the Copper Belle zone of the Company’s Treaty Creek property
  • CB-18-34 had two wide intervals of gold mineralization; 0.554 g/t Au over 178.5 m, which included 0.830 g/t Au over 75.0 m
  • CB-18-37B also intersected two zones of mineralization over impressive widths; the upper zone averaged 0.772 g/t gold over 43.5 meters

Cardston, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – October 31, 2018) – American Creek Resources (TSXV: AMK) (OTC Pink: ACKRF) (the “Company” or “American Creek”) is pleased to report its JV partner Tudor Golds results from four holes of the nine-hole 2018 drill program on the Copper Belle zone of the Company’s Treaty Creek property, in the “Golden Triangle” area of north-western BC.

The deep drilling program is now finished for the season and results of core sampling have been received for six of the nine holes completed. The first two holes were reported in the August 23 news release.

Walter Storm, President and CEO, stated: “As the assay results come in from our deep drilling program at Copper Belle, the gold mineralized zone is really taking shape. We are seeing thick intervals of good gold grades in our northernmost hole reported to date. This indicates to us that the strong Copper Belle mineralization may continue to the north-northeast of our current drilling.”

Holes CB-18-34 and 37B were drilled to the northwest at angles of approximately 75 degrees into the central part of a strong magnetic high (see map below) and returned broad intervals of gold mineralization. Holes CB-18-33B and 35B, located approximately 150 m farther to the west, were also drilled northwesterly; however, the gold values were lower in these two holes. The objective of the 2018 drill program was to better define the extent of the Copper Belle zone and the results from these holes have accomplished that. Excellent gold intercepts from our northernmost hole reported to date and moderately strong magnetic intensity extending north-northeasterly from the north end of the drill grid, indicate that the zone has good potential to continue in that direction.

Gold, silver and copper results for holes CB-18-33B, CB-18-34, CB-18-35B and CB-18-37B , as well as hole 37, which was lost at 131.2 m, but re-drilled as 37B, are summarized in the table below.

CB-18-34 had two wide intervals of gold mineralization; 0.554 g/t Au over 178.5 m, which included 0.830 g/t Au over 75.0 m and a lower zone of 0.344 g/t Au over 94.5 m. The gold mineralized intervals are primarily hosted by andesitic tuff and fragmental rocks that are moderately silicified, chlorite and sericite altered, and cut by abundant fine quartz-carbonate veins. Pyrite content averages about 10%, occurring as disseminations and local coarse masses in the host rocks, as well as within some of the quartz-carbonate veins, with rare chalcopyrite and arsenopyrite.

CB-18-37B also intersected two zones of mineralization over impressive widths; the upper zone averaged 0.772 g/t gold over 43.5 meters and the lower zone returned 0.486 g/t Au over 482.0 m, which included intervals of stronger alteration and mineralization, such as 0.790 g/t gold over 175.5 meters. The host rocks are similar to those in hole CB-18-34 and higher gold grades are associated with increased silicification, potassic alteration and pyrite content.

* All assay values are uncut and intervals reflect drilled intercept lengths.
* True widths of the mineralization have not been determined.

The nine holes drilled in 2018 covered an area measuring approximately 370 meters by 250 meters, to depths of 600 to 900 meters. Based on the wide gold intervals received to date, the results are expected to considerably increase the range of potential ounces of gold from the 1.8 to 1.9 million ounces contained within 50 to 45 million tonnes grading 1.12 to 1.35 g/t Au determined from the drill results prior to 2018. A new range of gold ounces and grades will be determined, incorporating all drill results to the end of 2018 drilling, once the final assays are received and compiled.

The 2018 drilling has now extended the known length of the porphyry-style mineralized system for over 1100 meters. For locations of the 2018 and other holes in the Copper Belle area that are overlain on Total Magnetics contours, please view the map below. The Copper Belle zone has an elongate north-northeast trend, dipping at a relatively flat angle to the northwest. Mineralization may be related to an extensive north-northeast trending tectonic zone, similar to the distribution of the four KSM deposits on Seabridge’s property that are located along a ten kilometer length of the Sulphurets Thrust Fault zone.
