Durango Receives Compilation Report For Nemaska Whabouchi Properties $DGO.ca

Vancouver, BC / July 5, 2016 – Durango Resources Inc. (TSX.V-DGO), (the “Company” or “Durango”) announces that further to the news release of June 27, 2016, where Mr. Donald Theberge, P.Eng., M.B.A identified pegmatite outcrops on Durango’s Nemaska Whabouchi area properties, the compilation report is now complete.

During Mr. Theberge’s compilation of information on Durango’s ground adjacent to and near the proposed Whabouchi Lithium Mine in Quebec, new satellite images were acquired which displayed outcropping of pegmatites on Durango’s properties. It has been confirmed that upon examination of the high definition satellite photos, newly identified outcrops and outcropping ridges were not previously evaluated by Tucana or any other company.

The conclusion of Mr. Donald Theberge, P.Eng., M.B.A, was that all of the “blocks of property are located in a fertile environment for lithium-bearing pegmatites, and also for gold and base metals with the EM anomalies.” It is highly recommended that exploration work is initiated immediately starting with a mapping and sampling program.

Additionally, further to the news release of June 30th, 2016, the non-flow through Financing has closed its second tranche and has now reached a total issuance of 2,510,000 non-flow through units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $251,000. Each unit is composed of one common share and one warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of 15 cents per warrant for a period of one year from closing. The Company will pay a finder’s fee of $9,000 cash and 90,000 finders warrants in connection with the non-flow through financing. All securities under the placement are subject to a four month hold period from the date of closing and are subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The technical contents of this release were approved by Mr. Donald Theberge P.Eng., M.B.A., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The property has not been the subject of a National Instrument 43-101 report.

CARDSTON, ALBERTA–(June 29, 2016) – American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMK) (“American Creek”) (“the Corporation”) is pleased to report that it has commenced initial exploration on its Gold Hill property located near Cranbrook, British Columbia.

The 100% owned Gold Hill property covers approximately 836 hectares and is located along the western edge of the Kimberly Gold Trend in the Fort Steele Mining Division near Cranbrook, BC. The property contains a significant portion of the Boulder Creek drainage, a headwater tributary of the Wild Horse River, considered to be one of the greatest gold rivers in the entire province. Gold rushes have taken place there since the 1860’s that have yielded 48 tonnes of reported gold, making it Canada’s 4th largest placer producer. The majority of the gold recovered from the Wild Horse was located along a 6 km stretch between Boulder Creek (upstream) and Brewery Creek (downstream). Early efforts by Cominco and others to locate the source of the Wild Horse placer gold led explorers up Boulder Creek to what is now called the Gold Hill property.

The Gold Hill property constitutes a significant portion of the Boulder Creek watershed and includes two main areas of significance known as the Big Chief and Gold Hill. Work conducted in 1937 by Cominco included driving 75 meters of adits and obtaining samples which included a 6.7 meter face sample that averaged 74 g/t gold, 67.5 g/t silver and 6.1% lead over the entire 1.5 meter drift width. The highest gold mineralization occurred in the hanging wall and footwall contacts. The gold market at the time did not support further work and the property has largely sat dormant over the years.

This initial phase of the 2016 exploration program will consist of locating all known workings, prospecting new areas of interest, geological mapping, and conducting extensive geochemical sampling in an effort to identify drill targets associated with the historic adits and the hanging wall and footwall contact areas that host the high grade gold.

The Corporation has also entered into a shares for debt arrangement with a contractor and has agreed to settle $50,000.00 of debt by issuing 625,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.08 per share. The shares will be subject to a statutory 4 month hold period. This shares for debt arrangement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(June 29, 2016) – Uragold (TSX VENTURE:UBR)(FRANKFURT:UGE)(OTC PINK:URAGD) is pleased to inform its shareholders that INRS – ETE (Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique, Eau Terre Environnement) Laboratory in Quebec City has advised Uragold that the first batch of samples produced by the PUREVAPâ„¢ Quartz Vaporization Reactor (QVR) following restart (May 25, 2016 Press Release) have been analyzed.

ANALYSIS CONFIRMS PRODUCTION OF HIGH PURITY SILICON METAL IN ALL TESTS

Multiple surface readings were completed using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) associated with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX) on samples T6, T7 and T9. The analyses confirm production of High Purity Silicon Metal (Si) by the PUREVAPâ„¢ QVR during all of the tests but the final purity level in ppb (parts per billion) is yet to be determined.

EXTREMELY LOW IMPURITY LEVELS EXCEED LAB DETECTION CAPABILITIES

Of significant interest is the fact that 22 different readings of 100% Si were observed. This can be attributed to the fact the impurity levels of the samples are so low that they were below the impurity detection level of the method utilized by INRS – ETE (1,000 ppm). As such, the method used detected purity levels greater than 99.9% Si and were rounded up to 100%. This first pass analytical process confirms the ability of the PUREVAPâ„¢ process to create high purity silicon metal exceeding 99.9% and the samples will now been sent to a specialized laboratory in the United States to determine the precise purity levels of the Silicon Metal.

“We are encouraged by these results as they confirm our expectations of our PUREVAPâ„¢ process,” said Pierre Carabin, Director of Engineering of PyroGenesis. “We are looking forward to receiving the additional tests results from the specialized laboratory in the US. In the meantime, we continue to pursue our testing program.”

RESULTS ENTER PROJECT INTO NEXT PHASE

At the outset, theoretical modeling of the process indicated that transforming Uragold Martinville Raw Quartz into High Purity Silicon Metal was feasible. Today’s results now validate this. Therefore, the program is now moving beyond the metallurgical testing phase into an R&D program strictly focused on improving the PUREVAPâ„¢ QVR beneficiation capability for the express purpose of determining maximum purity and advancing to the pilot plant stage.

TESTING PROTOCOL MOVING FORWARD

The original test protocols called for any material that exceeded the lower limit of detection of the SEM-EDX to be further tested using Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) analysis. The Lab has advised the INRS that it lacked a High Purity Silicon Quality Assurance Standards for LA-ICP-MS analysis in order to validate results. Furthermore, because of contamination risk associated with the Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry testing, it was decided the material should be sent to a specialised laboratory in the US for neutron activation analysis (NAA) testing.

Testing Methodology:

The SEM-EDX analysis were completed at the INRS – ETE laboratory in Quebec City.

The scanning electron micrographs (SEM) USED are Carl Zeiss EVO® 50 smart SEM equipped with a range of imaging detectors, including: an Everhart-Thornley Secondary Electron Detector, for topographic image.

Backscattered electron (BSE) images allow the viewing of images in chemical contrast, depending of the mean atomic number of the specimen. The systems use a 4 Quadrant backscattered electron detector (QBSD).

The elemental analysis of the particles present on the surface is enabled by an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS) Microanalysis System (model: Oxford Instruments, INCAx-sight EDS Detectors). This EDS is a Lithium drifted Silicon detector Si (Li). EDS can detect element from Beryllium (z=4) to Uranium (z=92). This detector must be operated at liquid nitrogen temperatures.

  • EDS Resolution: 133 eV.
  • Detection limits: 1,000 ppm

Settings used for the analysis: Accelerating voltage usually used is 20 kV, Working distance: WD: 8.5 mm for EDS analysis, for image in SE.

Sample preparation

  1. The samples were mounted on conventional 12.7 mm diameter aluminum stubs using double sided adhesive carbon discs. The all is clamped in a multi-stub holder.
  2. The samples were coated with a thin layer (20-30 nm) of conductive medium, such as gold, to increase conductivity and thus to minimise sample charge up.

June 28, 2016 / Vancouver, British Columbia-Nevada Energy Metals “the Company” (TSX-V: BFF; OTCQB: SSMLF) (Frankfurt: A2AFBV) is pleased to announce that it has acquired by staking the Humboldt Salt Marsh playa located in Dixie Valley, Churchill County, Nevada. The property consists of 911 claims covering 73.6 square km/28.4 square miles (7,363 hectares/18,194 acres) of salt marsh playa staked at a cost of approximately CDN$370,000.

Of the seven characteristics favorable for the formation of a Lithium brine deposit as outlined in the USGS deposit model, all seven are found in Dixie Valley. The Lithium deposit model for Dixie Valley is a Clayton Valley style brine deposit.

Dixie Valley Overview

Dixie Valley is located in west central Nevada, about 160 km east northeast of Reno. The entire basin is about 98 km long and up to 16 km wide. Humboldt Salt Marsh occupies the central part of the playa and is about 10 km north-south and 6 km east-west.

Dixie Valley is home to a large and long-lived geothermal system that is still active. The Caithness Dixie Valley geothermal power plant is producing about 64 megawatts of electricity making it the largest geothermal power plant in Nevada. The active geothermal system extends about 30 km roughly north – south along the entire west side of the valley. The heat source appears to be simple very deep circulation into the crust and is not related to igneous activity.

Very little exploration work has been directed at Lithium in this area. Geothermal water in the basin contains up to 4.89 ppm Lithium and stream sediment samples from the adjacent Stillwater range show values to 80 ppm Lithium. Geologically, recent volcanic ash from the Long Valley Caldera (Bishop Tuff) and Mono craters are expected to be found within catchment area of the basin and within the basin fill sediments. One major productive horizon in the Clayton Valley brine field is thought to be Bishop Tuff deposited and preserved in the basin (Zampirro, 2004).

Dixie Valley is a closed fault-bounded basin having the lowest elevation point (1031 m, 3383 ft.) in the Northern Great Basin as measured on the Humboldt Salt Marsh playa. Given the valley has been a closed basin for at least 500,000 years and probably much, much longer, plenty of time has elapsed for evaporative concentration of Lithium bearing geothermal and surface water. The valley appears to be about 2,000 meters deep, primarily filled with poorly sorted coarse conglomerate, gravel, sand and silt with volcanic rocks, and tuff beds, and finer sediments in the lower third of the section (Blackwell et al, 2014).

The conceptual deposit model is as the basin went through multiple wet and dry periods, Lithium dissolved by deep circulating geothermal fluids or leached from local rock units by surface and near surface water, seeped into the basin where it was concentrated by evaporation. Heavier brines sink into the deeper levels of the basin or flow downward along tilted permeable beds, potentially forming subsurface pools of Lithium rich fluids. The process can be likened to an inverted oil field, with the target material being descending fluids caught in gravity traps instead of ascending fluids caught in the tops of structures. This model is somewhat akin to placer gold deposits wherein large areas of very low grade sources are concentrated into economic grades.

The Humboldt Salt Marsh project was acquired for staking cost without royalties and a 200,000 share payment to the locator.
